I would not recommend VegasNow.
I’ve had a horrible experience with them. After losing over and over, I had requested a self-exclusion as I was no longer interested in gambling and I was ignored and offered promotions and free play, which of course when it’s becoming an issue I said yes too.
4 days later I find myself depositing far too much money which could have been avoided if they followed my request which I clearly requested a self-exclusion twice in the same conversation, I proceed to request a review and reimbursement following the failure to follow my request my self-exclusion which was ignored. Finally after a heated exchange of words and basically told too bad for you, it’s my fault, not their fault etc etc.. they asked how long i told them forever and instead I was AGAIN OFFERED PROMOTIONS instead of simply following my request for permanent self exclusion. Absolutely horrible, they don’t care, they won’t follow responsible gambling requests. I will be filing complaints with interact services as well as my bank
