It’s been over 40 hours since ive tried to withdraw. I have verified my account fully and completed all requests by support however they are still advising me the ‘payments team’ are still processing. I’ve had a good experience with vegastars in the past however it appears that once you hit a larger withdrawal than before they block you from receiving the funds. Support have confirmed all my documents are good and been verified on my profile via green ticks yet the ‘payment team’ is still processing and that they have sent a follow up email. Talked to multiple chat supports and all say the same yet no progress. If Vegastars want to assist me please reach out.
Update: After 5 days and lots of back and forth with live chat regarding updates the withdrawal was processed. After this whole ordeal I won’t be using Vegastars anymore but at least they followed through and paid the funds. I will update the review to 3 stars as in the past I had a good experience and seamless withdrawals. Unsure what happened this time but bit disappointing.

Initially great, now wasting time and dragging out to not pay
Initially great! Had fun, lost a bit, won a bit. Seems if you win they bend you over a barrell to pay out! Then draw out the lead time to review and pay! Paid nearly 2k in small amounts, moment you win a decent sum....drawn out process.
Not good enough to take money fast and not pay in 24hrs!

It's been almost a week and they just run you through the ringer. Stating you need to upload proof of payment. I've done this 3 times, each time verified and then when they email again you're not.
They are just dragging out the process hoping not to pay.
I've also been asked to provide email and mobile number on here by vegastars, which I did and still nothing.
Same generic emails, same generic AI chat bots.
I would definitely not use this casino online again as they don't care about customers.

Don’t bother
Don’t bother. I won $1300. Tried multiple times to withdraw after being verified. I put my bank details in exactly as they are and all I got was an email after waiting 1 day saying “withdrawal cancelled” no reason, no nothing. So then I went on live chat, they don’t help, they just say “bank details issue” so then I screenshotted them my bank details (bsb/account) then say to try again. So I tried again, again wait 1 day- “withdrawal cancelled”. Live chat again has no idea, they blame bank again. I literally put BSB and account exactly as it appears and showed them the screenshots. They just say do it again. Just going around in circles. You won’t get your money back, don’t even bother, all they want is to take your money. Deposit takes 10seconds. Withdrawal if your lucky to get anything will take weeks, they will ask for photo id, bank statement, payment verification, then it takes 1-2 weeks to be verified. Don’t even bother if your address on your license is different to your current address they will make you jump through 10,000 hoops. Not to mention the card games jitter and give you wrong winning when you win, I didn’t even get paid properly for one of my games. Anyway- long story short- I just spent the $1300 in my account as It just kept getting canceled, so I gave up. Good luck. Don’t bother touching this place..

Delays withdrawing money due to verification
I have been waiting over 1 week now trying to get my withdrawn money due to constant delays of verification, continuing to add something else on top of what they have asked, just so you can get your money withdrawn. First withdraw took just over 26hrs and the second withdraw they decided to create a wall by adding verification to access your winnings. I would say customer service is an average! But I would not consider this game to anyone who wants their money straight away. There are other platforms online I would consider than Vegastar1. It does not take over 1 week to have your account verified this beyond ridiculous.

I find it disappointing that vegastars will let you deposit whatever you like but when it comes to withdrawals there is a whole convoluted process that takes 9-24 hours to verify you. After 2 days, still nothing and they have thousands of dollars they are not paying out.
