Really impressed with the help I received after my Vegepod was damaged during the recent storms.

Pod fell over in wind and smashed! But £24 for 18 plastic clips is extortionate

I now have two medium sized Vegepod's and planning where to put a third. They are easy to put together and of excellent quality. I have not had them for very long - one is reserved solely for strawberries and fits 9 plants, the other which I built yesterday is primarily for Chinese cabbage, carrots, onions etc, I have two traditional 8ft x 4ft wood raised beds for larger vegetables.

Vegepod only supplied two of the three items I paid for after I dismantled my cover and frame. Opened their box and the connectors that I ordered and paid for weren’t there! My strawberry plants are now exposed to the frost. Not Happy, hopefully they will send the large connector package asap. This week is going to be very cold.

This was sent as a gift. No option to add message or remove invoice. Yes I guess it is an odd gift but maybe you would get more sales if you offered option.
Price is very high compared to NZ cost. Usually have to add large margin over exchange rate but this was well below exchange rate. Regardless I love mine so hope the gift is loved as much.

I bought the polytunnel directly from Vegepod. Unfortunately it appears not fit for purpose unless the weather remains mild. The first thing you notice when it arrives is that although it has tie-ons, they're woefully short! Vegepod knows it's product so why so short? This means all you can do is overlay onto original tunnel but as soon as it's windy, it has to be retrieved and put back on. This is a nuisance and renders it not fit for purpose. The tie-ons should be long enough to secure to the base legs. Instead I have had to retrieve it up to 6 times in a really short period of time. For something which costs £29.99, this is not good enough.

I ordered the vegapod in the evening and by morning it was in its way can’t wait to make it up and use it very good buy and seeing how much you can grow in it I think it will be better than a greenhouse x

Ordered kitchen garden easily, arrived quickly. Not had chance to assemble yet.
Looking forward to it. Really pleased with success of vegepods previously purchased. Grew loads of cucumbers normally slugs decimate

I have wanted to buy one for a year or so but was very expensive so the Black Friday Deal was just great. Delivery was good, I haven't built it yet, it's still in the box will do that in the spring time. So hopefully all the pieces are there and it's good to use straight away.

The delivery driver DHL left the parcel outside the wrong house and claimed that it was signed for by me at my home. Vegepod phone line connects to a real person who was able to send me photos of a house that wasn’t mine, and reassure me that if it didn’t turn up they would send replacements. However when my neighbour from two doors away returned home they were able to return the parcels.

I'm very pleased with my vegepod. It's a sturdy well made structure. I purchased it in the spring. Summer crop of broccoli, kale, cauliflower, cabbage, lettuce. I'm looking forward to a late winter, early spring crop of cabbage.

Happy with the price paid and the speedy delivery. As yet I have not assembled the product but a neighbour has 2 of them and I am aware of how good they are.
