Had my vegi pod for two years. Would not part with it.

Contacted them via Web page and email. They got back to me and did same deal as at newark show last week

My wife tried her hand at vegetable growing last year with mixed results, the slugs and caterpillars got to eat them before we did.

So I looked around for something different and found Vegepod through a search engine.

Went the whole hog and bought the large and medium, complete with stands and wheels. My wife was over the moon and constructed both of them in an afternoon.

Excellent customer service too as a faulty part was replaced and arrived within 2 days ( large misting nozzle wasn’t misting properly )

Highly recommended!

Saw Vegepod at a Home and Garden Show and was very impressed both by the look of the product and by the lady's knowledge and advice. We were further swayed by the fact there was another customer there who was back to buy another Vegepod as she was so pleased with her first one!

Great idea. Went together really well. Great to see stainless steel nuts used. And it has stainless steel castors so won’t rust. But I can move it around the garden to use the best place for the sun. I now don’t have to grovel on the ground to plant and weed.

Bought at Ideal Home exhibition. Vegepod arrived within 3 days.

The weather finally allowed me to set up the vegepod today. I ordered the large vegepod, cover and stand. It was so easy to set up. Can’t wait to start growing.

I received a medium pod admittedly as requested but my previous purchases were large and should have been tracked . The latest Vegepod Cover has been sent to us the same . There is no simple returns policy. I requested the larger cover after the smaller one being inadequate only to receive the same one back All we want is a Vegecover

It is a wonderful product , well designed and easy to put together.
Having said that, we could not work out how to fill the reservoir without soaking the growing medium and waiting for the water to filter through. I cut a waste pipe and drilled a few holes about an inch from the end and inserted one into one of the round recesses in the bottom of the drainage trays. the top of the wastepipe is about 2 inches above the growing medium. Problem solved. We can now fill the reservoir without having to soak the growing medium. Whether you are happy to soak the growing medium and allow the water to filter down into the reservoir depends alot on what you are growing. Maybe the company behind this innovative product will consider including a pipe that allows for filling the reservoir without having to soak the growing medium. It is a product that we would still recommend. We still have 2 large vegepods to build. Our experience is based on the medium size.
