Do NOT order from this company! SCAM!
This company claims to be based in Sweden, to care about the environment and to sell quality vegan bags. This is a scam! I had to wait for a long time for the tote I ordered. This is a plastic, really cheap bag that is shipped from China in what looks exactly like a package from Ali Express. The bag smells very bad and chemical. I tried to contact the ”Sweden based” company several times, mailing and calling, while waiting for the bag and finally received a very short email that the bag was on its way.
Do not believe the pretty pictures on the website! This bag is not even worth 10€…

SLOW delivery/ NO customer service
I was waiting my order for 7 weeks!!! When I wrote to customer service, they ignored it, I had no answer. The delivery was a bit strange, it seems to me they delivered bag from China trough Nederlands. The company is not based in Sweden, thats for shure.
The bag was wrapped in plastic. But quality seems ok, but I have to admit - bag has very specific strong smell, I put it out on balcony, after one night smell is not so strong anymore.
I really hope the bag will serve well...

Customer service is non existent. Seems like returns are not possible. If you want to return an item it says to fill in a form on their website first and they'll get back to you. I filled in the form 3 weeks ago and have also directly emailed the address on their site 3 times with no response. Tried calling the number on their site and it just goes to an answer machine.

I waited for the bag for a month…
I waited for the bag for a month almost. It did finally arrive. The tracking didnt work for the package at all so I had no idea of where the package was going. I did try to contact them about it but received no reply. There is no customr sercive.
It was wrapped in plastic which you wouldnt expect from a company that claims to care about enviorement. Obviously made in china. The outside of the bag seems alright but the zipper and inside of the bag are very cheap! One of the pockets inside was also not straight.
The smell of the bag is unbearable!! And my now apartment reeks from some toxic plastic.
I'm very dissapointed. Do not order from this company! If you search with the phone number they give you on the website you can also find that they have couple other websites selling bubble guns and shaving products plus yoga matts. gunbubbles.com and buzzercut.com and korkyoga.com are the sited.
This seems shady to me. So I wouldnt order anything from those websites either.

I ordered a bag as a present for Christmas on the 30th November. At Christmas Day, my order has not arrived. The order is not tracking and there has been no response to any of my queries by email, messenger or Instagram. Very disappointing. I would recommend not ordering from this website.
