I have been a customer of theirs for a good few years now. I always look forward to lunchtime because that's when I take Vegums, and they taste just like gummies! I used to take vitamins in tablets or pills, and I would always get tired of swallowing so many pills and would actually feel sick at the end. With Vegums, it is a real pleasure to take my daily vitamins.

Great tasting gummies so I actually take them! A subscription service for ease. Great packaging eco friendly priority. And gluten free so I can eat them safely as a coeliac.

Ive previously gotten vegums and loved but stopped buying them when I got pregnant so I could sue specific pregnancy vitamins
Recently saw that they had a sale so all their vitamins were £5 a bag (bargain)
A glitch on the website meant that the webpage told me several times that the order hadn’t gone through
Ended up with a triple order
I contacted vegums to ask how I could return the orders I didn’t need and they processed a refund but told me to keep the excess vitamins
Basically great product and great customer service - can’t fault them

Vitamins work and excellent service

After regularly taking vegums for a number of years while on a restricted diet, I had some GP-ordered blood tests, which showed my levels of various things (especially iron) were great.

On one occasion in January 2023, I had an issue with the packets received, and emailed the company. Two business days later they replied and sent out some replacements. Overall they were pleasant to deal with.

Always had great service from Gummies. Their products are tasty and geared towards a vegan lifestyle. They offer the chance to pause your subscription, which is really helpful when you often forget to take your gummies every day. Whenever I have needed to contact customer service they are always helpful, friendly and speedy response times.

Good and efficient company. Gummies are great. Taste better than the other iron supplements and are gentle on my stomach.

Amazing vegan vitamins. They taste so good so it's hard to forget to take them. It feels like you're having a little after dinner or lunch treat when you have them. I subscribe and they get delivered through the letterbox monthly.

We get the iron and multi vitamins.
My daughter loves them, most iron vitamins taste awful but she likes these.

Easy to take, eco packaging and regular deliveries

I like that the gummies are vegetarian. My daughter likes the taste. It's easy to get her to take her vitamins.

Really like the flavour and texture of the gummies. Subscription model is fairly easy to use and lots of offers makes it collectively priced! Thank you for doing your bit for the environment with every review too!

I purchase Vegums gummies for my daughter as she is vegetarian & cannot swallow tablets. She loves them! I have them on subscription which is easy & knowing they will be delivered every month is great
Customer service is excellent if you ever need it

Been buying the multivitamins and omega 3 for ages and really like them. They taste good and they're vegan, what's not to like? Just bought the probiotics so looking forward to trying them. Always delivered fast. Customer service is great too - they sorted a little issue out very promptly. Recommended!

These are the best tasting vegan gummies I have ever used - I am vegan for ethical reasons but still really hate the fishy taste you often get with vegan omega 3. Vegums have somehow managed to make the only vegan omega 3 supplement that doesn't have that awful fishy taste! The other gummies taste amazing - I am going to have to buy extra multivitamin packs as my non-vegan husband keeps pinching my gummies as they taste so good :D I also love that all of the packaging is plastic free and the price is really good compared to some really expensive gummies out there! I've needed to email a few times about my orders and the customer service support is always so quick with a response and really helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend Vegums!!

Very impressed by the product - my youngest daughter and wife were never keen on vitamin pills but love these. I’ve also found their customer service excellent on the two occasions I’ve been in touch to add to my original subscription.

All of my interactions with the Vegums team have been positive and customer first. They have always been prompt and helpful in their responses. My kids love the gummies - I would highly recommend.

EDIT: I had previous left the review below, but customer service reached out to me saying that my emails were going to spam and they have corrected the error. Also they will soon be adding the option to exclude the tins/tubes that come with first-time orders. Reducing packaging is very important to me so I'm happy they'll be adding this option. As I mentioned below, great product and I've been ordering for many years now!

Their product is still great, but this review is for the customer service, which has gone way downhill from where it used to be a few years ago. The last two times I've contacted customer service they've been extremely slow to respond and haven't resolved my issues. This time, I contacted them because I'd restarted my subscription and couldn't find a way on the website to opt out of getting all the extra packaging that comes with first-time orders. I emailed them moments after ordering, and a week later I haven't heard a word. My package unfortunately arrived with all the extra packaging that I have no use for so now I have to figure out what to do with it or feel guilty for tossing it.

Brilliant, tasty vitamins. I’ve definitely seen an improvement.

The yummiest vitamins ever. Noticed an improvement in my thinking and energy levels look forward to taking theses so unlike other vitamins it's a habit I keep up.. only downside is price bit everything's seems expensive these days
