Delicious vitamin gummies in sustainable packaging. Thanks guys!

My 4 and 7 year old both have their Vegums every morning and they love them!

As a family we have been using Vegums for a few years, it was great to find a supplement that my son could take as he wasn't able to swallow tablets.
They taste great as well.
The customer service team are very responsive and friendly, if I ever have any issues I know they will be super helpful.

We had been using Wellbaby liquid and mixing it with juice and water, it tastes gross otherwise. it suitable til age of 4 and seemed to be only one with all the vitamins including Iron that was vegan. Then found Vegums, as all other gummies we see in shops like Holland and Barrett don't include iron and various other vitamins plus have unhealthy additives/ sugars and many are not vegan. Our 4 year old loves them and we have a one and a half year old who has half a gummy each day and she loves them too and has never had an issue. We have had few issues with royal mail and packages taking a long while to get to us but we speak with Charlotte who is lovely and quick to help and respond to any issues. Great company and great product. Well worth it

Had several problems with Royal Mail delivery being weeks late, so decided to bulk buy instead of subscribing. As expected, the order took longer than expected to appear, but in the meantime customer service were incredibly helpful - sent out a replacement order for free. When both had finally arrived I offered to pay towards the second order (I don't want a lovely all-vegan company to be out of pocket on my account) but that was very kindly and courteously refused :) I have the iron gummies (which I have to be careful with, they are quite more-ish!). They don't upset my stomach like other iron supplements, and my iron levels are always great now when checked.

I really wanted to like Vegums, I agree with their philosophy and was intrigued by gummy vitamins generally.

Ordering & Packaging:
The order process was straightforward if lacking a bit with communication as I never received a notification once my order was shipped. Once it arrived, the packaging seemed good and I appreciate that there is the option to remove the card tubes from future orders. I agree with some other reviews that the tin design needs revising as it wont close properly when overfilled and a full bag doesn't fit in a single tin.

Flavour & Appearance:
The size of the gummies in a single pack varied quite noticeably. I am unsure whether this impacts dosage but may be of note if you have sensory considerations, especially as the iron & omega-3 gummies are a fair bit larger than a standard (e.g., Haribo) gummy bear. The flavour is ultimately why I cannot get these again. 2/3 of those I tried have an aftertaste which if you have a sensitive sense of smell/taste, is extremely difficult to get past so, to avoid wasting, them I'm having to cut the gummies into small pieces and swallow with water to avoid the aftertaste.
The Iron gummies taste a bit like blackberry but have a strong metallic taste to them which overpowers it.
The omega-3 were the most notable for this as although the orange flavour is quite nice, there is a strong seaweed aftertaste that really sticks around once the orange flavour dissipates. I am a big fan of seaweed generally but it really doesn't work well with sweet orange!
The A-Z are quite a bit smaller, more like a standard gummy bear and don't have the same issues with aftertaste. Although the flavour isn't my favourite they are much more tolerable than the others.
Overall, the orange flavour is the most pleasant and recognisable as the stated flavour of the 3 I tried (if you ignore the aftertaste).

Cancelling the subscription was a straightforward process so I would say if you're curious, it is worth giving them a go but be wary of certain gummies if you have a sensitive sense of smell or taste.

My first order took nearly three weeks to arrive from time of purchase and I had to email them to ask where the product was, my second subscription order was then posted to my account but never received the product and could no longer log into their website to check on tracking. Emailed customer service and was told I would be refunded [never was] and then when I requested to cancel they told me they would but was just charged a third time despite being told my subscription was cancelled. Horrible experience and the gummies are not worth it as they're exactly the same as other ones on the market.

I have ordered the multivitamin, iron and omega3. I like that they look and taste like gummy bears, so when I take them it feels like a little treat. Also I am satisfied by the customer service received. I had an issue with my package the first time as the delivery company lost my parcel, but I have contacted Vegums and they were able to solve the issue quickly and efficiently.

My family and I love Vegums, an admirable brand ethos, and exceptional customer service. Never had a problem! We tried everything, from chalky capsules and unpalatable green powders/sludges; These gummies were the best alternative I've found that even the kids can’t get enough of! An easy recommendation to any family looking to keep themselves and their kids healthy without the fuss! 🌱🌿 WE LOVE THEM.

Great product and packaging! Vegums are a really tasty way of getting your daily vitamins and come in all eco-friendly packaging. The extra vitamin boost helped to get me through the very tiring days of new-parenthood!

I had a small problem with my order not arriving. Although this was a problem with the delivery and not the company, Vegums went above and beyond to help me and got another order shipped out immediately. The lady that dealt with me was absolutely lovely. Also, the products are fabulous; I wouldn’t be without them.

I get these for me and my son. They taste great, so make ensuring that you regularly take vitamins so much more easier to achieve (the hardest part is refraining from eating too many in one go) Really good customer service too. Highly recommend
