When searching your insurance company this number comes up in a strategic position just at the bottom of the phone screen beneath your company's name. Which led my shocked husband searching in the rain and dark to call it in error and waste a precious half hour or so before realising that he wasn't even speaking to his insurance company. By which time, they have all your personal details.

When I searched it in a dry and well lit place I could see how this happened and tried to bring up this search result for further details to see who my husband had actually spoken to but it will only call the number and nothing else.

They assured my husband that they'd cancelled the call as requested but today somebody phones again. I don't know if this is also deliberate but it was really hard to hear who was calling as that part is spoken in one garbled rush. I suspect to distract one into listening to the next information instead. Even when asked to clearly repeat the name it was not spoken clearly and only explained in response to more questions.

I don't know what they are up to but someone has clearly paid for a misleading advert and it's designed to trick accident victims from there.

Interestingly the actual genuine call to the insurance company was faster than the original.

The only thing I can say in their favour is that if the insurance company hadn't changed their hotline number, it wouldn't have been necessary to search.

I wonder if the other reviews on here are even genuine. The possibly genuine company names they gave, have different telephone numbers to the one in the misleading ad. The one they gave later on the phone, (I asked for this), was not possible to get through on.

Edit: My research now leads me to believe that one of this organisation's main incentives for pulling in customers might through "credit hire car" agreement and charges. I would suggest that they attach clear information to the phone number and introduce their services with a clear explanation as to exactly who they are, what they do and how they differ from an insurance company.

I found the company very efficient, they responded to my claim quickly keeping me informed every step of the way. 'Gareth' on the phone was both professional and friendly explaining everything clearly.
