I can’t recommend Carflex highly enough. The whole experience was smooth, straightforward and stress-free from beginning to end.

Jack was absolutely brilliant throughout the process. He provided excellent customer service, kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He looked after me from start to finish and made the whole experience a pleasure.

It’s refreshing to receive such a high level of customer service, and Jack is a real credit to the company.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Carflex again when it’s time for my next car. Highly recommended!

Amazing one to one help.

Very happy with the service received from Vehicle flex. The response was speedy and they provided a range of different lease deals for us to consider. They were also willing to send revised quotes following any changes we wanted to make. The lease deal I have been able to get through them is also great.

The sales process was clear and the selection of cars really good at decent value. The only drawback was the actual delivery date versus the estimated delivery date, it took longer than initially communicated but overall the experience was positive.
