Access to our service is charged at £7.95 per month. All users get a 24 hour trial period during which they have unlimited access to test out the service, view the information on offer for their vehicle(s), set up their alerts and more. If they feel the service is not for them, they are free to cancel at any point during their membership, by either contacting our helpful customer service team, or by simply clicking the "close account" button from within their account.
Please note, that unless an account is cancelled before the end of the 24 hour trial period, the user will be charged the £7.95 fee for the following month's access.

Users are also able to buy additional VDI Check reports for only £3.20/report, which includes details of any finance or loans owning on the vehicle, as well as if it has previously been stolen, imported or involved in an accident.
Access to the service is charged at £7.95 per month, and all users can try the service for just 50p for a 24 hour trial period. If you find the service is not for you, simply cancel before the trial ends (the close button is available from the account settings page).
Please note: Vehicle tax renewal is not provided through this service - for this you must visit the Government website or a Post Office. We offer expiry reminder alerts, vehicle history check reports, and all the other tools mentioned above.

GOV.UK or not??
Unfortunately, as I novice while taking advantage of the much publicised ‘Pay your Road Tax online’ campaign, I employed the clearly stated Gov.UK web address then continued with the first Gov.UK web-site. And, although the wording seemed correct, referring to online road tax, vehicle details etc. Thought I’d selected 1 year period @ £195. Requested payment. Proceeded with card details and then it referred to a Password to qualify???? That’s when I realised I’d blundered into an incorrect platform/web-site!!! Damn it!
Checked bank balance, £0.50 charge for vehicle search. Contacted DVLA explaining the mistake and suggesting they might scrutinise the GOV.UK sites seemingly hooking up to Road tax online business?
Then received a further charge of £7.95 for vehicle search?

Very poor UX at the end of the Process
Did not understand this bit at the end asking me to create a password - whether that was part of the process or optional. Its not difficult to create a process that makes sense so I suggest you fire your BAs that designed it.
Also, to leave this feedback I had to find an 'in frame' scroll bar, then scroll it and realise there is more stuff to complete. This is a very poor UX, whoever thought it is ok to go to production is pretty incompetent.
While I am at it...
Date of experience - how hard can it be to provide a normal date entry field instead of this stupid one with a sort of mask that does not actually do anything useful (in fact makes it harder)? Haha - you have to enter it YYYY-MM-DD!

Vehichle information scam
I was done exactly as Victoria and Pauline. You pay your tax online and these people just worked there way in there. Now you can not get a refund for any of the deductions. Who can I contact to get help. I know I wont get the money back, I just want a confirmation that this scheme is canceled. We old people are vulnerable targets that gets exploided daily.
