Spent weeks looking for a company to install front and rear dash cams in a new Q5, came across Vehicle vision online, (Tom). As soon as emailed Tom with my suggestions he put me right on a suitable set up with a cost for supply and install. Date confirmed, arrived on time installed to a very high standard. Then took the time to explain the set up and how it works in detail. I will definitely be using Tom for any future installations.

I cannot praise Tom enough for his commitment, professionalism and the care he puts into the work he carries out. He has just fitted our new front and rear dash cam and you wouldn’t know any work hiding the cables had been done. On completion he covers everything with you regarding the working thoroughly. Tom is our ‘go to’ expert for dashcams. As a driving instructor, this a vital bit of kit for me and he gave great advice and service sorting my new tuition car in July 2021. So much so that in 2023 he sourced and fitted birthday dashcams in their cars for both adult sons. I am sure that we will be in touch for future vehicles.

You think your ordering a good bike helmet camera, it arrives its crap quality. Utter crap and as you only have 30 days to return you have to try it first. They respond offering you 30% to keep a defective item. They say send it back tracked it cost £8.15 oh & they won't pay cost of it although they send a crap camera. Now I've chased many times literally spamming them out for my refund.
Please if you order a Christmas present TRY IT BEFORE THE 30 DAYS ARE UP. As you cant do anything after the 30 days.
Tip for you if your happy with it contact them tell them you want to send it back and get 30% refund!!
In my case its a crap bike camera not for for purpose.

Have purchased two cameras from this company and had them fitted with excellent attention to detail.
First camera fitted earned the money it cost to purchase within only a few days after my car was damaged within a car park whilst I was working. Both front and rear cameras fitted captured the incident and led to a successful outcome with the police which was then of no detriment to my insurance as a result.
Due to this incident a further camara system was purchased for my partners car.
In both instances the cameras were fitted professionally and in a timely manner which resulted in minimal disruption.
The fitters knowledge of the product was evident in the demonstration afterwards and I would not hesitate to recommend this company for their professional service and aftercare.
