UPS delivery was not in time. I’ll never use them.
Delivery from UPS was a long winded affair resulting in us not receiving the CFX 3-35 in time for our holiday. Consequently we lost a lot of our frozen food due to high temperatures and only having an old coolbox

Not a great first impression
Not a great first impression if I’m honest.
Placed an order last week for a relatively inexpensive item which showed on their website as ‘in stock’. It also advertised next day delivery, so I thought ‘sounds ideal’.
Roll on to today, five days later. No tracking number, no item, no response to email queries. When I did manage to get through to them I was told that the chap who deals with this sort of thing doesn’t work Monday’s.
It all feels a bit odd, frankly. Fortunately I paid by credit card so can always do a chargeback if they don’t sort it out.
**UPDATE 23/6/21**
The owner/manager got in touch on Tuesday apologising for the delay and lack of communication. It appears that for some reason their payment partner, Klarna, held my payment authorisation up, so the item couldn’t be sent.
Anyway, he did send it Tuesday to arrive Wednesday and all is fine with item. He also refunded a small amount as a gesture of goodwill.
In total, took a week to arrive from ordering, but the owner/manager did get on top of it once I got in touch.
