I bought two products

I bought two products, and both had serious issues. The earphone case stopped working after only a week. The headphones had very low and unclear audio. I reached out to customer support, and they told me to change the cable, but then they stopped responding and ignored my follow-up emails.

Built to break after warranty expires

I wouldn't recommend the veho brand for powerbanks as they break too easily and their customer service just ignores any form of contact with them

I had a 15,000mAh VPP-008-E which cost over £50 and worked great for the first year but then just after the warranty expires it just suddenly stopped detecting the USB slots so I was able to charge the power bank but unable to charge any devices using it, I wrote to them at the time asking for help or advise and was ignored

I then bought another of the same model thinking it was maybe just bad luck and spent another £50 on it but exactly the same thing has happened with this one and it just suddenly stopped working in the same way after 13 months so wrote to them again and had no response from them again

Due to their lack of response or even basic customer service I now think it is probably part of their business model to design and build things that break just outside of the warranty to force customers to buy more as what's the chances of having 2 years apart that break without being damaged or dropped just after the warranty expires and in both cases their customer service has just ignored the emails about it

I wouldn't ever buy the veho brand again as just seems like a waste of money when you can get other brands for half the price they charge and had some of them for many years without any issues

Products doesn’t work, customer support doesn’t react

I’ve bought a Smart IP camera from Veho. The user manual was very unclear, even without the link to their app which you need to operate the camera. On Apple Store is not possible to find their app for the camera.
I have contacted customer support, the agent asked me to which product I’m referring (I mentioned it in my request) and after getting my answer he disappeared. I sent them two other emails and again no reaction. So I just sent back an unworking camera.
I’ve never seen such before such a bad customer service.

An ok system with poor costumer service

I bought a Cave Smart Home system 18 months ago. The system worked fine for some time apart from it's very difficult and time consuming connection process to each new router. The system also signed automatically a few times making it pretty unreliable for when one is traveling with no access to the hub. I tried contacting the costumer service but did not receive any useful assistance. Finally, after just around a year, the hub's battery stopped keeping charge and again I could not receive any instructions as to how to repair this. I have spent a good price but received poor support and fair quality with no guarantee. I suggest if you're looking for a reliable burglar alarm system look elsewhere.

Veho Cave security systems

This company sell security systems that are shocking. I purchased 3 outdoor IP wireless camera's in addition to their basic home alarm. This was to monitor my home whilst I was away on holidays. I set the system up and all worked fine. But whilst on holidays I checked the app to review my property to find all 3 camera's were offline. I contacted Veho who asked for details of the system so they could run diagnostics, I mean who carries this information on holidays ? They said the camera's had to be paired and were probably not set up properly initially. They were and worked but have now un-paired they have no solution other than for me to interrupt my holidays travel 300 miles to resolve it myself. So avoid this security systems.
