The team, Dr. Mark Regi, Mike and Sally made my experience a happy one. Sally us a reassuring presence, greeting you at the door with a smile. Dr Mark and Mike were very professional, but approachable. They explained every step clearly, and constantly checked you were OK.
I would thoroughly recommend the Lincoln Vein Clinic team to anyone thinking of having their varicose veins treated

Absolutely fantastic service and treatment from the initial enquiries to my appointments and treatment. I was treated at the Lincoln clinic the receptionist ( sorry I can’t remember her name! ) she was professional, very friendly and welcoming. Greeted you warmly and offered drinks while I waited. My consultant was Mr Praeed he was amazing he explained everything fully to me and gave me time to ask questions. The nurse (I think his name was Michael! ) was also excellent. I am delighted with my treatment and I would highly recommend the vein centre. A big thankyou to the team at Lincoln.

I have just completed treatment at
Lincoln and cannot be more pleased. It turned out to be more complicated but I can't fault the staff for all the care and attention I received, Dr Mark Regui, nurses Mike and Angi and, of course, Sally. I would 100% recommend. I will miss them!

Made welcome on arrival, lift availability lead to upstairs large clean reception area plus nearby comfortable waiting area. Asked how I would like to be addressed and offered a drink.
Called straight into a fairly large consultation room by male nurse (drink followed) Consultant offered information of the Assessment Procedure and carried this out and advised the removal of varicose veins best suited for me. Both the consultant and nurse acted in professional and friendly manner.
I was able to make an appointment for my treatment before I left.

Amazing experience, and I cannot believe the results! I've been for my follow up appointment and the before and after pics are crazy different. Dr Mark Regi and Sally are fantastic and put me at ease so much. He is professional, informative and has great conversation throughout. I would 100% recommend both him and the vein centre treatment, they've already made a difference in my life

Everyone I met at the vein centre in Lincoln was extremely friendly and helpful. From the moment I walked in the door and was warmly welcomed, to my consultation with Mark Regi and his lovely assistant, I found the whole process informative and efficient.

I found the whole process very straightforward and handled in a very relaxed ( in a good way ) and efficient manner. Delighted with the outcome, though sore for a couple of weeks, my recovery path was described accurately in the information pack, and any questions I had were answered with to my satisfaction.

I was in pain with my leg veins. From looking on website and contacting by telephone I had an appointment by the end of the week.
The process was easy they helped me with my treatment date due to work.
The procedure was uncomfortable but you would expect that. Instruction was clear and always told what was happening. The venue was clean and clinical. Aftercare was carefully gone through.
It takes some time to heal but you can walk and do things.
Today was my follow up and all has gone well. So happy I had this procedure and that I went through VeinCentre. Many thanks

I received treatment for the veins in my legs back in November last year at Lincoln. I went for my first follow up last week. I was delighted to be informed my treatment had been so successful I did not need any further reviews.
I wanted to convey my deepest gratitude to the team for their exceptional treatment and care. If I had known the procedure was going to be so successful, I would have had the treatment years ago. I would like to highly recommend the Lincoln centre, if anyone is considering treatment and is nervous, please rest assured you have nothing to worry about, you are in extremely good hands.

Total waste of time and money I wasn't informed properly on the initial phone call that the treatment i was seeking wasn't available so very disappointed

Following an excellent, thorough and very well explained consultation, I had treatment on the varicose veins in both my legs last month. Only 3 weeks later and although sore (which means it’s all working) my legs already look completely different. I couldn’t be happier and look forward to seeing Dr Neil Prasad and the friendly team again in February for my follow up appointment. To anyone still sitting on the fence about whether to have this treatment or not, don’t delay it any longer. I wish I’d done this sooner but had so many questions and fears which were answered and unfounded once I took the final step. Thankyou to everyone at Lincoln VeinCentre.

Great service and very helpful, My legs feel so much better

The treatment was fantastic and the practitioners were brilliant, put me at ease and were lovely throughout. The payment system was very confusing, (think this is handled centrally). Was sorted in the end and I would use again and recommend.

Felt completely at home in the Lincoln Vein Centre from arriving to having the consultation.

After being impressed by their website I made an appointment for my nearest Vein centre (Lincoln).
There I found a modern, welcoming clinic which was pristine. I had already filled out a medical questionnaire in advance of the appointment. The receptionist was welcoming and professional. I was introduced to the clinician and after being offered hot/cold drinks we went into the immaculate treatment room.
Everything was explained to me about the possible procedures and I was encouraged to ask questions. Before having an ultrasound - carried out in the same room - I was weighed and my legs were examined and the widths of my legs were measured by the assistant.
The results of the ultrasound were discussed with me and the clinician explained the future treatment in a very clear and unrushed manner. I was again asked if I had any questions. I felt very confident that I had come to the right place for professional, caring vein treatment.
I have now had the first treatment and I am very happy to say I feel the same way.

The whole process was amazing from the first consultation to the treatments and aftercare. If I needed any support then I had access to the phone line that put me through to my consultant. I felt supported throughout the process. My only issue is that I did not get the treatment done sooner. I have not been out of shorts since!
