I came today 15th sept. for my final treatment ,i really cannot praise this clinic enough.Ireally should have had my vein treatment a few years ago ,but what made me realise haveing achy legs and also throbbing is not something i should put up with.Amazingly all gone, thankyou to Dr.Mark Regi ,Mike and Sally at the Lincoln clinic

I would like to thank Dr Mark Reegi and nurse Mike for the care and professionalism in doing my varicose veins. My legs feels much better, less aches especially irritable legs syndrome.

Such lovely people at the centre in Lincoln. Dr Neil Prasad explained everything to me in detail and put me at ease straight away. He was very professional and patient with me. The results are fantastic, my pain and veins have gone! I recommend to anyone to have it done if they suffered like I did.

From start to finish the process was easy, informative and efficient.

Was seen fairly quickly, consultant was knowledgable and easy to talk to. The clinic was very clean and sterile and proper PPE was used for clients.

What can I say from booking my appointment to my aftercare the experience was excellent from start to finish. Friendly staff who made you feel special and could not do enough to help. Every step was explained clearly and no question was left unanswered making you feel at ease. The team at Lincoln - Dr Mark Regi, Mike and Sally were fantastic I would highly recommend. After years of hiding my legs they now look great and cannot show them off enough. Thank you all.

The two men I saw at my appointment were so lovely and made me feel relaxed. The information was excellent as was the scan to see what could be done.

Wonderful warm and friendly reception from Sally, who was very efficient from beginning to end. Appointment was on time, and again, a very professional service received from Dr Neil Prasad, who thoroughly went through the process with me and what the treatment involved, updated me on all aspects and risks, so I left being fully informed and confident enough to book an appointment to have treatment carried out.

Had my procedure with Neil Prasad and couldn’t be happier with the results!! All the team there in Lincoln were so friendly and made you feel at ease. Went for my follow up appointment and just needed a little procedure which took less than 10 minutes. Very happy with the results and the aftercare, the advice over the phone when I had a reaction to the stockings was very helpful. I only took painkillers once as soon as I got home from the first procedure on the advice of the consultant as a precaution but didn’t feel the need to take any more throughout my healing as I felt absolutely fine. Yes it’s expensive but I feel I got what I paid for and am extremely happy

The team, Dr. Mark Regi, Mike and Sally made my experience a happy one. Sally us a reassuring presence, greeting you at the door with a smile. Dr Mark and Mike were very professional, but approachable. They explained every step clearly, and constantly checked you were OK.

Absolutely fantastic service and treatment from the initial enquiries to my appointments and treatment. I was treated at the Lincoln clinic the receptionist ( sorry I can’t remember her name! ) she was professional, very friendly and welcoming. Greeted you warmly and offered drinks while I waited. My consultant was Mr Praeed he was amazing he explained everything fully to me and gave me time to ask questions. The nurse (I think his name was Michael! ) was also excellent. I am delighted with my treatment and I would highly recommend the vein centre. A big thankyou to the team at Lincoln.

I have just completed treatment at
Lincoln and cannot be more pleased. It turned out to be more complicated but I can't fault the staff for all the care and attention I received, Dr Mark Regui, nurses Mike and Angi and, of course, Sally. I would 100% recommend. I will miss them!

Made welcome on arrival, lift availability lead to upstairs large clean reception area plus nearby comfortable waiting area. Asked how I would like to be addressed and offered a drink.
Called straight into a fairly large consultation room by male nurse (drink followed) Consultant offered information of the Assessment Procedure and carried this out and advised the removal of varicose veins best suited for me. Both the consultant and nurse acted in professional and friendly manner.
I was able to make an appointment for my treatment before I left.

Amazing experience, and I cannot believe the results! I've been for my follow up appointment and the before and after pics are crazy different. Dr Mark Regi and Sally are fantastic and put me at ease so much. He is professional, informative and has great conversation throughout. I would 100% recommend both him and the vein centre treatment, they've already made a difference in my life
