Super friendly professional staff
I had a consultation November 2025, the premises were lovely very clean and relaxing reception area with complimentary coffee a nice touch. All the staff were super friendly and professional i had my treatment two weeks later and was delighted with the results, I have recently had my follow up appointment and was delighted once again with the friendly staff and to hear I need no further treatment.
If anyone is wondering whether to have treatment Iwould highly recomend definitely no regrets.

Maidstone centre - Varicose veins in both legs
I had varicose veins in both legs and after my first consultation with Dr Neelan Das, I felt very informed and understood the procedures, risks and costs. Dr Das and Sarah made me feel relaxed, they were friendly and there was no pressure at all to go ahead with the procedures.
I went ahead and had laser therapy and foam in both legs over a few appointments. I'm so happy I did, I've seen visual improvements (no more bulging veins) and the itchiness has now gone.
All the staff at the Maidstone centre were very friendly and accommodating. I've recommended them to a few people and will continue to do so.

Very friendly, helpful Receptionist who made me feel most welcome on arrival.
The Doctor immediately made me feel at ease and took time to explain what was happening during the consultation and what could be done for me. He was most happy to answer all of my questions, and at no point did I feel under any pressure to go ahead with the procedure, (although I have decided to do so). I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has concerns with their veins.

Incredible experience & big thanks to The Vein Centre
Consultants, nursing and staff (including their support line) were so friendly, professional and accommodating throughout my experience of having EVLA treatment. I get totally wierded out by veins so for me this helped me so much to get through it.
I had my treatment done at Maidstone which is such a lovely, clean and calm clinic. I went on a road trip a month or so later and had a small lump form which became a little more painful than it had been so I spoke to the support team line who found that the Nottingham clinic was close-by and available for me to drop into. Then and there they drained it for me which was amazing and they were, again, a friendly and professional team. I had my follow-up yesterday and I've no need for any further treatment because I've responded incredibly well to the EVLA treatment. I'm so impressed with the teams and their work. Neelan Das is the name of my consultant and as a person he's a grounding and lovely guy who's incredible at what he does and has a great team behind him. Thank you all 🌟 I'm very glad I did it with The Vein Centre
