From arriving at the centre the receptionist was friendly, inviting and reassuring. This continued with the consultation where I was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. Again reassured and all my questions answered. Couldn’t ask for more.

I would highly recommend the Vein Centre Manchester to anyone who is thinking of having the varicose vein procedure.
I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The customer service and care is second to none. From my consultation, procedure and after care appointment, Dr Krishnan and Nurse Trish were absolutely incredible. They made me feel so at ease and are genuinely lovely individuals. I am so thrilled with the results, I really wish I had done it sooner.

I wish I’d had my varicose veins sorted years ago
Dr Krishnan and the team in Manchester were excellent and the results were much better than I had hoped. Lots more wearing of shorts since!

Nice and friendly, professional, nothing to worry about
I was made to feel welcome and was treated very well from the first phone call I made to make an appointment to finishing my treatment. I saw Dr Krishnan along with Trish and Janet, they were really nice and friendly, Dr Krishnan was great, explained everything and was really nice to talk to. I’m still at the recovering stage but everything is good so far, I had the EVLA Bilateral and foam on both legs, I wish I would have plucked up the courage to have had it done sooner because it was nothing to worry about, not painful at all, wearing the stockings for 7 days is the pain. Amazing experience
I was welcomed by Janet the receptionist at the Manchester clinic who chatted to me and put me at ease. Was offered refreshments before seeing Dr Krishnan who explained everything clearly before performing EVLA treatment on my leg.
Trish the nurse provided me with all the aftercare information and checked how I was feeling before I left.
After the follow up appointment was told everything had gone to plan and no further treatment needed.
A massive big thank you to all the team.

When I first made appointment with Helen at veincentre
I was a bit hesitant,only due to my skin being sensitive Helen talked me through the procedure and I had my left cheek Done ,she did say that I did bleed a lot due to me having sensitive skin,when I got up next morning I was badly bruised and not happy with the way it looked only to find over the next couple of weeks it got better and better and all the veins had disappeared
