Everything was really efficient
Everything was really efficient - from making the appointment, to being greeted at reception and then the consultation itself. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful and answered all the questions I had.

Great company and staff.
I initially had my treatment in Newcastle with Dr Mark Regi where he treated my thread and varicose veins. Dr Mark and the staff make you feel at ease. Dr Mark has a good sense of humour and has a great repore with his staff. I then continued my treatment in Stockton where the whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Dr Mark and Hazel treated my thread veins. I totally recommend this company.

Great experience from start to finish
From walking into the clinic I had amazing service I was greated by a lovely lady called shauna, dr regi and his team were very professional and made me feel very comfortable and at ease, I am so pleased with my results and cant wait to show off my legs this summer. Appointment was exactly on time , everything was explained and I was given a patient information pack , which tells you everything about the procedure

Excellent results, very happy
The consultant and nurse and the reception staff were all friendly and professional. They talked me through what would happen prior to laser and foam treatment and what was happening during treatment and allayed my concerns. Full aftercare instructions were provided. So happy with the results, I wish I had it done years ago.

Highly recommended
Mark and Hazel were both great very efficient getting the procedure done on both my legs. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout and we had some funny and interesting conversations throughout as well!

A successful result
I had painful varicose veins which were treated with ELVA and foam sclerotherapy. The whole process was professional and efficient. Dr Mark Reggi, Hazel and Shauna put me at ease and explained things well and I am very happy with the result.
