1 star is too kind. Absolute joke of a company DO NOT USE! I ordered a jacket which arrived weeks after order & it is a really bad fake that doesn't look anything like what was ordered, I asked for my refund then get told they can't refund 100% of the money as they will make a loss due to the items not arriving back with them as their courier aren't that good. So the customer has to foot the bill. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
I ordered a longline body warmer on the 17th of September I have tried tracking my package but to no avail I have also tried emailing but it just sends my email back saying the address is unknown I don’t know how else to contact this company so I’m now thinking it’s a scam

Total fraud! Took 4 weeks to arrive. Temu quality. Tried to call the contact number in Netherlands. No answer. Phone doesn't work. I sent email to try a refund but n9 return email. 2 weeks to return on their policy but they don't respond so I'm stuck with cheap clothes and they got 116 euros richer. A true scam internet site! Don't buy from here and tell everyone on FB!
