I was helped quickly with my size question from customer service, I ended up ordering two different sizes against the advice of customer service, and when I received them, the size I was advised to get was correct, the piece is magnificent. I wore it for the first time in public yesterday and I got so many compliments. Women were touching my sleeve to feel the fabric. Priced fairly, exceptional Fabric and craftsmanship, I am extremely happy with my purchase. It fits in well with my Brunello and Loro pieces.

Poor after sales service
Changed review to one star following response from company ( this response only follows from me being forced to leave a trust pilot review!) response back from company was basically to say no manufacturing error and trousers are under to much tension!! They Fit perfectly! And only worn twice!! Still waiting a reply
Purchased trousers just before Xmas which I love .Having only worn twice noticed seem coming away. Contacted company on 21st February and they promptly replied within 24 hours, requesting images of fault. Replied to their request 24 hours later but have had no updates. Have now chased on 2-3 occasions but not getting a reply just an email response saying we will be back in touch. So still waiting for an update almost a fortnight later with no communication whatsoever. Very disappointed in customer service and having the need to put on a trust pilot review which seems to be the only way to get a reply from companies these days.

A very horrible online order…
A very horrible online order experience. I placed a shoe order on January 28th and I still have no updates on when the order will be shipped. I was told that a technical issue occurred in their system that prevented them from viewing my order and that it wasn’t directly their fault. Who else would be responsible for the system that they put in place? They keep saying that the order will be shipped as soon as possible and yet still no updates nor shipping confirmation.
It seems that there’s no intention to act, just a lot of reasoning even though the credit card payment was processed in record time.
A very frustrating experience.
Order: US-65184
UPDATE (Feb 24): More excuses provided citing a series of technical issues, backlog of operations, a weather alert issued for national security reasons, and warehouse closure. Quite an elaborate narrative but still no action after nearly a month. Don’t trust this company with online orders.

Poor customer support. Poor attention to detail on products. I received a brand new jacket with loose threads and loose button. The jacket is beautiful and have very soft material. However, better customer support and verifying items stitching is good a required.

I recently happened to be in Milan and…
I recently happened to be in Milan and tried a pair of beautiful shoes in Bottega. My size wasn't available but upon hearing I live in New York the very courteous person in charge organized to have the correct shoes sent to that address. I was assisted throughout by the Velasca American Team and received them as promised. Great product, great service. I will definitely buy again.
