A SUPERB MOBILITY SCOOTER from VELECO.

I spent weeks combing the internet for my third mobility scooter (my second class 3).
Eventually I plumped for a Draco 3 wheeler in black from Veleco which had all my requirements covered.
It was supposed to ready in 5 to 9 working days but
actually took a month to be delivered (possibly due to some freight delays?). I wasn't happy about that, but they gave me a reduced price, to compensate.
What a fantastic model, for a very reasonable purchase price.
All the necessary paperwork required for DVLA registration, free 30 day insurance and a free scooter cover, came with the delivery.
Which went off smoothly, thanks to Micha.
A brilliant well run company I wouldn't hesitate to
use again.

Another good years riding

Another year on and my Veleco Faster in Black is going well. I do like the technicians visits who give my scooter a service. Each time just 70€ and they come all the way from Poland, speak to my in English. tighten everything up and do an MOT. How the sell this scooter for so little money, with everything you get is beyond me. Mind you buying from Spain costs about 1,000€ more! So go to eBay and buy from the UK.

The Veleco faster is a fantastic scooter and fun to ride. I do not know how they can produce a scooter with so many devices at such a low price. But buy from the UK via eBay not Spain it is 1,000€ cheaper. I have lead acid batteries so I have a boot as well as the pannier and I can get so much shopping home. Here in Spain I am allowed the 3rd speed and I have it set in MPH I can get up to 16 mph (about 26 kph). That is fast, well it is called the faster.

Excellent after sales SERVICE

Hello Veleco Community,
I hardly write any revieuws, but this time I must admit, that I was stunned by the immense effort that the Technical Department took, to repair my Veleco Turris.

My brother and I live in Tenerife and we were looking for an Electric scooter. We searched the internet, and finally decided to buy 2 Turris on the Veleco site. Since Veleco does not deliver to the Canary Islands, we made a deal with Veleco, to have them delivered to the south of mainland Spain, and that we would take care of the shipment to Tenerife.
When the scooters finally arrived, we were impressed by the looks....and all the technical extra's and of course the speed of the scooters.

We were like young kids again....driving around town together and enjoying the beautifull weather...
But....after a couple of weeks...mine just stopped in the middle of the road...
No way to get it started again...Finally we had to organise a tow truck to get my Turris home.
I contacted Veleco and they brought in contact with their technical department in Poland and I was introduced to mr. Damian, senior technician at Veleco Poland.

He was very friendly and shipped me a new electronic unit, which was supposed to be the culprtit...hè even send me complete videos of how to change the unit ...
After assembly, the scooter still didnt restart...so again we had several telephone calls and new videos, of how to tackle the problem.

But alas....nothing seemed to help my dear Turris to come alive...
Desperate as I was...I bought a similar scooter here on the island, because the vendor of the new scooter promised me to repair my Turris...
It stayed there for 2 months...and nothing happened...
In the mean time mr. Damian made a great offer...if I would send my scooter to mainland Spain, hè offered to repair my Turris for free in Poland...

I was delighted...and arranged a new shipment to Spain...In the mean time I landed in hospital and was very sick..
Mr. Damian and the transportation department of Veleco took all matters in their hands...so I didnt have to bother about all the transportation sores and had the chance to concentrate on getting well and out of the hospital. ...

After a couple of weeks...my Turris came back to Tenerife...completely cleaned...and working as new...I was delighted...

For me there are no words enough to thank mr Damian for all the most friendly support he has given me during those intense days..
We sort of became good friends...and even exchanged confidential matters...

I really am sooo glad that I made this experience with him and Veleco...that I gave a SUPER 5 STARS for this amazing SERVICE

Very Happy Customer

After a slight delay with my original order, Veleco couldn’t be more helpful organising a replacement and getting it to me as soon as possible. Their driver, Lukasz, was fantastic and very thorough going over the scooter, demonstrating it and making sure that I could handle it properly. Overall I’m extremely pleased with the whole experience.

Need new replacement rear brake cables

Had my mobility scooter Velo faster For about 4 years the last 9 months I've spent running around trying to find replacement rear brake cables which don't seem to be in stock on their websites and I was verbally told on the phone to their customer service you can buy them on ebay Unfortunately the ones on eBay have got the wrong nipple on the end I cannot buy anywhere local Can someone Point me in the right direction for replacements All this being said apart from the The break cable problem I have been very happy and pleased with My scooter

I spent many months reading reviews to decide on veleco gravis mobility scooter .I pre ordered in May and £100 deposit I didn't get any calls I had to ring for delivery dates first they said 15th July then changed to end of July. Be aware of delivery costs I live in Northern ireland they charged me £340.00 which I thought extreme .my scooter arrived 1st August it's lovely just what I need but my delivery driver didn't speak a word of English I was disappointed as I wanted to ask some many questions and thought I'd get a demonstration especially after paying 340.00 but I got nothing I had to read the manual that made me very nervous going on scooter for the 1st time as its
very powerful. I also wasn't pleased about payment I thought the driver would have had a payment machine as I was paying by card but he give me his phone to put my bank details I was nervous about that.

Great Service

From our initial contact with the company to completion the service has been fantastic. The Scooter is amazing and Lucas who delivered the scooter was very professional, he explained all the safety features of the scooter, completed a test drive and explained all the operating details.

Downhill after 1.5 years ownership.

For the first 1.5 years ownership of my veleco faster, service, attitude and helpfulness by veleco was very good. Have to wait months for repairs to be done as they only have one qualified mechanic in whole of United kingdom. As the faster gets older, it needs spares, buying them off veleco is very expensive as is p&p from Poland and takes far too long. United kingdom mobility repair companies will not take on these mobility scooters. Which is a big problem. Veleco do come to address of scooters, but take far too long to book/arrive/repair. Always best to have a second United kingdom recognised mobility scooter as back up, else you find yourself housebound for far too long. Spares are cheaper and arrive quicker bought second hand in United kingdom.
