Load of rubbish AVOID

Load of rubbish. Daughter ordered an XL tracksuit and it’s arrived and is the equivalent of a UK 8-10. It’s absolutely tiny, and also naff material and pattern with dodgy stitching. Non existent returns/ reply to request for refund. Going to bank for a chargeback under significantly not as received.

Velenor London item turned out to be cheap-made and shoddy!

I saw this really nice Supreme x Umbro winter jacket on TikTok, advertised by Velenor London, and bought it for 45 bucks. Had to wait one full month (ordered dec 2, arrived jan 5) for the delivery, which I saw was coming out of China, and the outcome was really
shoddy and cheap. It's nothing near a winter jacker, more like a vest. In short, Velenor London is a cover-up Chinese website offering items that look nice, yet when recieving them, they are in fact cheap and bad! Always check legitimacy of an online store before ordering from it!

Velenor is a scam website

This is a Scam website selling cheap shoddy, badly made products from China. I ordered on 6 December for a Christmas gift. Emailed them on 21.12.25 as courier stated waiting for goods from 9 December. They emailed back 23.12.25 stating goods on way and the China transport company refuses to accept stopping delivery. Checked back on the courier website same status. 27.12.25 suddenly goods arrived with them so clearly sent them after my email. Item arrived today 30.12.25. Cheap, shoddy and not worth the money. Return policy is send back you pay. They check item upon return and then decide whether or not to give a refund!!!
