I'm a fan of the brand, but I'm slightly regretful about having bought directly from you.

I purchased a product and got the size wrong. I then found out I would have to pay to return or exchange it, so I opted for the (paid) exchange. It's now been 10 days since I made the purchase and I still haven't received the product: on the delivery attempt, it wasn't left at my mailbox, and now I'll have to pick it up somewhere else.

It would have been far easier to have made this purchase through Amazon. As a result, I'm unlikely to buy directly from you again. A real disaster.

Great experience! 10/10 recommend. I entered My shipping address wrong and emailed the customer service department, they quickly responded and corrected my error immediately. Shipping was great and on time. Love the apparel and the way it fits! Please keep it up would love to see new styles and colors

My purchase was made using a voucher I received for finishing second at French Throwdown.

I also wanted to use the voucher that Velites gave to Masters athletes at the CrossFit Games. We received this voucher because the Velites athlete package was incomplete. The T-shirts did not arrive on time, and some of the items were not delivered at all. Unfortunately, the voucher we received as compensation was valid for only three days and could only be used during the CrossFit Games.

After just two days of the Games, the Velites store was almost completely empty, so there was very little left to choose from. In the end, I was unable to use the voucher at all.

I did manage to use my French Throwdown voucher, but I had to pay extra for shipping. Then, after receiving the order, I had to pay for the return shipping because the M-sized sports bra turned out to be too small, even though I wear an M in every other brand.

I exchanged it for a size L, and unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the fit. It sits poorly and compresses/flattens the breasts far too much. I will most likely have to sell it because I simply cannot wear it comfortably.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience — from the incomplete athlete package and the extremely limited time to use the compensation voucher, to having to pay for shipping both ways and ending up with a product that does not fit properly despite exchanging it for a larger size.

Shipment apparently lost in delivery. Customer support stopped answering to emails. Did not recieve refund or a new product.

They make really high quality products and provide excellent customer care!

It’s hard nowadays to find a brand that is so engaged but also caring about their products and people. Velites is definitely one of them! I had an issue with a product and whereas with other brands this would usually be a long conversation, where mostly nothing would come out if it - Velites immediately reacted and turned this situation into something positive. So, given the amazing quality this brand already has, I totally understand that nothing can be perfect and a defect can happen - generally I can recommend this brand to anyone doing CrossFit, it’s a safe bet and the people there care about their customers

So bad - I wanted to cancel my order straight after placing it as the discount code I used was removed and the full amount was taken. Chat said no issues but they proceeded with the order anyway and sent it. I complained, haven’t heard anything back and they are trying to charge me a further £4.50 cancellation fee on top of loosing the £8 delivery fee they charge. Why on earth can’t you actually speak to a human these days! How long does it take someone to come back to you

Customer service could use some fine-tuning. The all-terrain grips are a phenomenal product! Will be recommending to everybody that I know.

I’m frustrated with my quality of purchase after wearing the leggings I bought for one CrossFit class. They already ripped a little bit and it was just a simple Dead lift workout so I’m very frustrated with the quality.

The quality of the material of the hand grips is not like before become lower quality. Therefore, they will be my last purchase with you!

Look great and feel great

Ordered Hybrid 1.0 trainning shoes, good for couple of days then it started to bend/crease and hurting my top of foot, rubbing the skin off.
For an expensive trainer, I didn't expect this. The company decided since the shoes is worn, they wont refund or return the goods back to me.
Very disappointed. I have lost the money I purchased the trainer now.

Great customer service and a very positive experience with Velites. I had an issue with my calleras, and they were very responsive and professional throughout the whole process. They took care of everything and sent me a replacement quickly. I really appreciate their customer service and how they handled the situation. Thank you.

I bought their all terrain grips on July 26th, 2026. After 6 uses within 2 weeks the Velcro came apart and are no longer safe to use. When contacted their customer service, they said they could refund or send new pair because they didn’t have a specific number, even though they have my credit card and showed proof of purchase. After saying I can provide my information, they ghosted me. They will not respond to any messages. So now I have shit gloves. Not worth $70- very disappointing. I put up pictures around the gym to remind people to not buy these poorly made gloves.

I made my order on the 28/7 and had to contact company on the 6/08 when I had not received any shipping details…
I subsequently found out the colour wasn’t available, no problem at all but this could have been communicated well before this…
Order confirmed and shipped on the 6/08, transport company have received info on order but still not received item…
Would not want to be in a hurry
