Acquistata una torcia che doveva essere consegnata in due giorni.
Dopo quattro giorni mi arriva un link di tracciamento creato ma non attivo. Contatto il corriere e mi dice che l'azienda ha creato la lettera di vettura ma non ha consegnato la merce. Faccio due mail di sollecito ma non mi rispondono a nessuna delle due. Ora proverò a chiedere il rimborso. Serietà pari a Zero.
24/02/2025 Dopo aver chiesto il rimborso mi viene chiesto di rispedire (ALL'ESTERO) la merce. Inbusto e spedisco filmando e fotografando il tutto proprio come indicato da PayPal. Sapete come è finito? Non ho avuto il rimborso perché non mi era stato indicato in fase di spedizione che avrei dovuto inserire un codice (che loro, Vellostore) non mi hanno mai fornito. Poiché chi spedisce il reso senza questo codice non viene preso in considerazione. Ho riavviato un nuovo modulo di rimborso accusando PayPal di non essere stata trasparente sulle procedure. State alla larga da questa società che vive di espedienti al fine di mandare prodotti di pessima qualità e evitare di fare i rimborsi mediante mezzucci. FATE MOLTA ATTENZIONE....EVITATE AQUISTI!!!
