We had to create a digital wallet with FX capabilities and cross-border payments, and Velmie’s solution exceeded our expectations. Their digital wallet has all the necessary features to successfully introduce a new product for our clients, covering various aspect of the customer journey, from digital onboarding to transfers, with numerous configurable features. It took around two months to launch the new product and Velmie’s team was supportive, demonstrating engagement and readiness to go extra mile. However, expanding the product beyond easily configurable functions incurred additional costs.
