So clean & shiny I almost don’t want to ride them
I’ve know cleaned two of my bikes with Velo21 products and they look almost as clean as they have been since I bought them. Almost too clean and shiny to ride.
The 3rd one hasn’t been ridden since the order arrived.
The range of products, supporting YouTube videos and service make Velo21 a great alround package to me.

These are fantastic products and do exactly what they say on the bottle. The Matt frame wash is simply excellent and the degreaser I highly recommended. Apply with a brush and it lasts much longer than other prodtlucts that are twice the price.

Top class products.
Communication was brilliant all the way through, there were some items unavailable at the time but after contact Velo direct they were able to fulfil my order in less then a week.
Product choice is brilliant and covers everything that I require to ensure mine and my customers bikes remain looking like new.

Cherry wax
Ordered the cherry wax, to give my bike the extra shine I’d been led to believe this product would give.
Ordered and was then contacted to say that it would have to go on back order as was out of stock.
I was given the option of a full refund or to wait for stock and would be given a polishing cloth as way of compensation. Decided to wait for stock. It wasn’t too long before I received notification that product was back in stock and would be posted that day, received a couple of days later. The wax was a little on the hard side so warmed it up just enough to get it on the supplied applicator and followed instructions. Results after I’d buffed the Polish with the aforementioned compensatory polishing cloth were excellent.
I can wholeheartedly recommend the product and customer service excellent too which is pretty much all anyone can ask for when you purchase something. I will be back for more when I run out.

Thanks for the review Kevin, you can just agitate the wax with the pad to soften the wax enough to apply, no need to heat, plus just be carful heating as if you over do it and boil the wax it will lose some of the solvent which adds the shine, Many thanks Steve
