An excellent e-bike shop to deal with. Mark is a real gentleman. Responds to every request promptly and effectively. I have been a returning customer since 2019 and I can honestly say that E-Velo offers an outstanding value for money. I even ride or drive to Halesworth from Norwich to get my bike serviced or fixed. Highly recommended.

Great personal service
Mark, at e-velo has given excellent service when my wife and I purchased our new Bergamont bike from him.
Luckily one was in stock, so we took that on our first visit.
The second one was requested from an order Mark had placed some days earlier.
This order was delayed by Brexit, Covid or that little boat stuck in the Suez Canal.
But there was nothing Mark could do about this except keep us up dated with any news he received. Which he did.
As keen cyclists I am sure we will be regulars at e-velo.

Excellent service
After an incident involving a broken chain and mangled derailleur, Mark was incredibly helpful at diagnosing the problem and sorting a repair under warranty. Such a relief to get the bike (commuting vehicle) back quickly and efficiently.

Excellent local company in Halesworth with superb choice of bikes. We bought one folding and a standard bike. Company matches internet prices but provides wonderful local service. Can't praise E-Velo enough!

E-Velo highly recommended
Visited E-velo after a lot of research into E bikes, Mark went through the bikes with me and I opted for a Haibike Sudo Trekking 5.0.
I was really impressed with the showroom and range on display in particular the fact he was specialising in E Bikes. Sometimes in a cycle shop I felt I was being looked down on as they were more into the lycra clad brigade. Not so at E- Velo
I think what I have learnt from the E-Bike is that you can still get good exercise but you are not battling headwinds and hills any more. The E-Bike increases your range for your level of fitness, of course over time your fitness will increase along with range. And you don't need to wear Lycra unless you want to.
