Used Velochampion quite a few times, excellent customer service, ordered some kit recently the size I ordered was too small rang them up, no problem send it back and we will send next size up.

I've made 3 purchases from Velochampion recently and have been delighted with all . (2 Bib Tights and a cycling bag). Great service and excellent products at a very good price.

I ordered a set of Pro-Lite wheels through Velochampion as they were the only UK retailer to have them in stock, plus they had a £170 saving over any other retailer. I run Campagnolo which can sometimes be an issue but not here. The staff member I spoke to couldn't be more helpful, he even went down to the warehouse to make sure they had the correct hubs for me before we processed my order. I confirmed my order at 11.30am on Tuesday and they were delivered at 9.30am on Wednesday, this is amazing service and I will certainly be ordering from Velochampion again in the future.

I won a pair of Warp glasses at a cyclocross event that VC sponsored last season. I was very impressed with them then so when I found recently they are only £18 a pair I stocked up! Great value for money. They were posted very quickly too and well packed.

Bought some sunglasses and extra lenses. Super prompt delivery with good track & trace. Glasses came in a water bottle to protect them, free of charge. Awesome idea. Good products for a sharp price and excellent customer service.

Quality of the products is excellent, but delivery kept getting put back which was annoying

shirt sleeve top fantastic. great fit.
unfortunately the shorts were good but the sizing was nit good for me. sizing was right. just theyre built wrong for me. long in the leg from crotch. but torso not long enough. would pull the stitching if used.
have had this problem before with another manufacturer do team special order kit.

Delivery to my door and VAT included means its easy to place my order, quality of kit is excellent but one particular problem if you are skinny will be the fit of the shorts; the shorts I bought were not designed for a twig like me to ride in race position, I would not recommend buying shorts for this use. For general use for a more regularly sized person I can tell they will be excellent. Jersey is fantastic.
