Support team is very responsive

I ordered an Oakcastle portable CD100 player from Velocitycommerce on 15/06/22 and it arrived 18/06/22. It was listed as Refurbished but arrived in absolutely mint condition at the brilliant price of £24.95. The player has built in Lithium battery for recharging and is Bluetooth enabled.
Sound quality is amazing 🤩.
I highly recommend this seller and the product.

Wrote Velocity explaining that the supplied headphones that came with my Majority Radio had stopped working, so was looking for advice on what type to replace them with, and they sent me a replacement set with the minimum of fuss.

Delivered on time and item working very well so far

After purchasing two radios from Velocity, the package arrived split open with one radio absent (lost en route by delivery firm or stolen - who knows?). This was reported to Velocity who couldn't have been more helpful and supportive. A replacement was quickly dispatched. I have made four purchases from Velocity and have been very pleased with all of them.

I bought a Nextbase dashcam through eBay from Velocity, it seemed to be fine for a while but occasionally froze requiring a full reset, losing all the settings and recordings. After trying different SD cards and options I contacted Nextbase who confirmed it was likely a hardware fault. Velocity replaced the unit with free return postage, very fast replies to emails and a 'no problem' attitude. They were fine with me keeping the cables that were embedded into the car so I didn't have to remove everything so I just returned the main unit. Even more surprising is that the replacement I got was a complete package with all the cables and mounts I had left in the car. I really could not be happier with the service!

I recently purchased a refurbished DAB radio adaptor for my wife's car to enhance the radio capability & the Pure Highway 200 is absolutely fantastic! Despite being listed & labelled as refurbished, the unit was absolutely immaculate & appeared brand new to me. Within minutes the adaptor was fitted & the crystal clear quality of DAB radio was working perfectly.
The item was delivered very quickly, was well packaged & the entire transaction was an absolute pleasure.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I had problems with a faulty Homerton unit after a year. Having taken out the extended warranty, I contacted the customer service department on several occasions. I bought a refurbished DAB/Internet radio and CD player from Velocity. The delivery was very quick and despite it being refurbished looks brand new. The product is excellent.

I bought a dash cam and rear view cam bundle from Velocity Commerce and had it fitted by Halfords Auto centre, after 3 months the dash cam would not stay on, after checking the power supply I contacted Velocity Commerce explained what had happened. They sent me the Freepost documentation, which I was able to return the dash cam which after a week a replacement camera was sent to me, I have installed the camera which is working still.
I just like to say thank you for excellent service and understanding in resolving the issue

I recently bought a Majority DAB radio from this seller. After a few weeks I stupidly mislaid the charger for the radio. I contacted the seller and straight away they forwarded a replacement without charge. Superb service which couldn't be bettered. As a plus the radio is very good as well.
