First of all customer service over the phone was fantastic I can not fault it at all. I had my bike fixed this morning mechanic was very friendly and very thorough And pretty quick
I will give these guys another call if my bike needs fixing
Sent one of my family in with my flat wheel which had a major puncture.
The person in store was helpful and replaced the inner tube and outer rim of the wheel for a very reasonable cost. Much cheaper than it would of been if i went to evans and bought an inner tube anyway.
So thanks!
My bike was left for a service, they failed to complete the work to an acceptable standard. I have never returned. Not impressed at all. Also very limited stock in the store.
