Bought a signed book but received an unsigned
Bought a signed version book. They had problems with customs and the book was returned to the sender. They send another book but it was not signed.

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately we have no control over customs but as soon as you mentioned you had experienced problems I sent you another book no questions asked. We only had limited supplies of signed copies and unfortunately they had run out by the time I sent your replacement. I forgot you had ordered a signed copy so I sent you a regular book. Apologies again.
Great to see Trip City back in print
Great to see Trip City back in print. The vinyl record of the soundtrack arrived with a creased cover from mishandling in the post, but other than that, a great experience. Maybe work on your packaging. The original I had included a cassette, which would have been a better choice I suppose. But thanks for the reissue!
