Arrived well packaged and with some lovely freebies too.
The item I ordered was black (or appeared to be online) but a light green colour arrived, the colour was fine so no issue to me but maybe one just to be clearer on.
Would absolutely use again though

Wow just wow. I ordered a Delonghi Specialista Prestigio, at the end of Dec, for the best price I could find online. So good I wondered if I'd been scammed, especially as I couldn't find many reviews for the company. It must be early days though because for me this was a fab experience. Items arrived today with free coffee beans and these lovely Velo sticky tabs that you can stick to the side of your machine for holding cleaning brushes and other small tools. We are so pleased with the coffee machine and service and can't recommend this company highly enough. We have yet to try the coffee but if it's anywhere near as good as the service, I foresee a coffee subscription in the near future.

Great service at a great price and even had a Christmas card and present. As for the coffee, well that's great also.

Starting buying directly from Velo coffee after previously picking up a couple of bags of coffee during our trip around Ireland. The service has continually been outstanding through the pass year and the quality of coffee absolutely fantastic!! Without hesitation totally recommend a purchase.
