Hard to cancel orders.

I am very sorry that I could not take the product. Red rice caused a rash. For three months I have been asking to return the product and stop sending me more product. Today I received my third bottle in my bank account was charged.
Someone named Maddie sent an email in December that the account had been closed. Not true today I received another bottle and another charge on my credit card.

I ordered this product one time just to try it. Without any clear notice or authorization, I was charged and shipped two additional orders. I did not knowingly sign up for a subscription.

The cancellation details are difficult to find and not clearly disclosed during checkout. This experience feels deceptive and misleading.

Firstly it has taken 2 months and when u first sign up somewh where in the form is a repeat subscription I was charged twice before I even got my first order just got it and honestly not worth a single drop of it its like a cordial . Save your money and go to a natropath in your area

The shipping has been close to a month. This should be transparent on their site when ordering. Not sure if it’s coming from China, if it is I’m just going to throw it in the garbage when it arrives. Customer service poor. I keep getting emails saying it’s on the way. Well it was ordered the second week of August…come on!

They advertised being in the USA, but the tracking shows otherwise. Last week I was able to track it, but now is no longer exists.

This company and product are a scam. I ordered weeks ago and kept getting ridiculous messages like you order is delayed because we have the highest standards of quality control. I asked many times if this was coming from China because I saw so many negative reviews. I finally got a shipping update that said Its coming from Shenzhen. That's in China folks. They claim they are from the USA. That is a lie. Its been weeks since they took my money but no product. I sent an email canceling and there has been no response. Do not buy this product

Seems like a scam. Ordered Berberine drops from Australia as it appeared to be coming from New Zealand. Shipping took weeks and when it arrived it showed it had been shipped from China and declared as hair care oil for customs. Packaging doesn't state where the product is made and only distribution from US. Not going to trust this product for consumption.
Don't waste your money and time.
