Actually, I would give them NO stars. Worst experience! I bought a dress for around $50. When it finally came in, it was nothing like the photo or description that was advertised. The material was completely different. I complained and they told me I could send it back for a shipping charge and it was overseas. They said I could choose to get %15 of my money back. I chose this method and never saw that money. I am so disappointed with this company. I would NOT recommend buy ing anything from them. I’m careful where I buy now. Always do some research!

Dresses took forever to get here. Material was cheap and see through. Return was extremely hard due to no response to email for several days. Response was 15% off or return. Return was &35+ so asked for the 15% asnd as of today nothing. Lost my $90. Really sad these companies are out there ripping people off.

I don’t want to give this company any stars. Horrible. The dress is trash and I have emailed them 5 times for help returning it and nothing. Do not ever order from this awful trash company.

I ordered a dress. I did receive it last week.
Took longer than usual to get here.
The top of the dress is too small as well are the armholes.
I can’t wear it.I paid $49.99 . And I emailed the service contact on the site, over 5 times, trying to get some response, in the last week. NOTHING.
Do I think this business is real? NO.

The dress is a basic cotton dress. I am annoyed. I can’t wear the dress and it looks like I won’t be able to return it either!

Received my dress order, nothing like the picture. The material was cheap and tacky. Will cost £30+ to ship it back to China, not Oslo as stated. Total rip off and scam do not buy from this company

The fabric of the dress I ordered is thinner that toilet paper. I had checked before ordering that a refund would be given, but the website does not explain that the buyer is liable for postage to China. Total rip-off.

Absolutely terrible quality, not as shown on website. No option to return unless you want to pay £30+ shipping back to China. They've offered me a 15% refund but the item is only fit for the bin. Avoid at all costs.

Complete fraud. Chinese scam website masquerading as a Norwegian company. Ordered Helly Hansen jackets and got cheap knock-offs. I have raised dispute on the transaction with my bank. I am also planning to tip off the customs so they are banned from selling in Norway.

Recieved product but is wrong size. Quality is also terrible. Have tried to return the jacket but support dont respond to emails. There is no address to return the item to.

Total scam. Not possible to return the product. There is no information on the website about how to return a product, only that you need to contact the seller via email. The seller does not provide return details and now even does not reply to emails.

this company shouldn't exist. i ordered a jacket 2 weeks ago. i sent messages asking what happened because we are in the same city.! it's been 2 weeks since no one answered me. and i still don't have the jacket. 1100nok. i'll call my lawyer soon. because i'm tired of this.

I get my order from them. First it was not as it was showed in online shop. Second- ir did not fit. I tried to contact with them, on my third message i get answerd. They offeres to give me 20% discount for my order. I answered that i want to return the order and i don’t need this discount. So still waiting answer from them. I will not suggest this online shop. Poor quality with even more poor atitude with their costumers. Bad bad bad

UPDATE: I get 40% money back and will try to sell jacket. Anyways- it was first and last time when i ordered from them.
