I had a very negative experience with…

I had a very negative experience with this company. I received a product in the wrong color, and instead of resolving the issue professionally, the company made the refund process unnecessarily difficult.

Communication was frustrating, with delayed replies and no clear willingness to take responsibility for their mistake. I felt manipulated throughout the process rather than treated as a valued customer.

A company should stand behind the products it delivers and handle mistakes honestly and transparently. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I have completely lost trust in this company and would strongly advise other customers to think twice before ordering. I will certainly never purchase from them again.
