Really poor
Really poor, totally a scam site and they will need to do much better if they hope to last. Returns policy says they don't refund postage if it was on sale, but everything is on sale usually so it's a total scam. Dress arrived looking fine, but wouldn't have fit me if I was half my size so totally does not align with UK sizes and now I'm 40 quid down and unlikely to see anything back. AVOID

I ordered twice (yes, stupid I know! But this was before I knew the intricacies of their actual returns policy): 2 weeks apart. All items were very poor quality & impossible fits. The returns policy on the website is vague. Once you try to return, you are informed that all costs are borne by the customer & have to be sent back to China. Because of the value of my orders I undertook the costly return. My item has been tracked to the Chinese customs department & has sat there now since 20 December. No updates on the tracker since that date & the person who replies to my emails says I won't get a refund until the package is received by Mr Wu in their China-based warehouse. Please: avoid this company & in future do your homework on any business that is not well known to you. The website and policies are completely misleading to the consumer. Just bad! Avoid!
Misleading and cheaply made
Please avoid this company at all costs!
I made the mistake of not reading any reviews on the website before purchasing and I ordered (what I thought was) a beautiful dress with a lovely pattern and colour. The dress took almost 2 weeks to arrive and came a day before my graduation (luckily, I ordered back-up dresses just in case). I was so glad that the dress did end up coming in time and I was very excited to try it on. The photos on the website were insanely misleading. The shape of the dress (in the chest area) looked completely different and unflattering. The actual quality of the dress was awful, there were threads coming undone and you could tell it was very cheaply made. Please please do not make the same mistake I did. Avoid this website and business at all costs.

This is a Chinese company, posing as a UK based company in London.
If you buy from here you will not receive the goods advertised in the photos and when you want to return them you will have to return to China costing you £30 to ship!
I ordered a dress, it looks nothing like the photo and does not fit. I would class myself as a standard size small/ size 8 and rarely things do not fit. I would be surprised if this dress fits anyone as the arms and bust are huge the waist was fine. The dress will be going in the bin as it is not even fit for the charity shop!

My daughter bought a jacket, which was nothing like described / picture online.
Asked for a refund, was told to send it to China, even though the company claim to be London based, and pay for shipping ourselves. Needless to say this would be a far bigger cost than the jacket. No phone number to reach them by to complain.
Absolutely disgusted about this company, would have given them no start if possible, don’t buy from them.
Scammers who send you cheap stuff from China
My daughter found a dress on their website, for her Prom. It was on sale, I didn't look into this brand. She told me they were London based. First, we got the surprise to find out it was shipped from China. Not a good start. The dress arrived, but didn't look like the picture. It was cheap, badly cut, fraying, different design at the back, bad fit on the chest... So, I contacted them to return it. Sale items' return costs are the customer's responsibility. I enquired as to how much that would be... £20 / £30. Fir a £40 dress. That's how they scam you. They offered a %15 refund. So, I guess that dress is going on Vinted for a tenner.
Don’t give them a penny
Total scam. Spent £50 on a dress that’s nothing like the one advertised. Could’ve got nicer stuff off shein 🙄🙄
AVOID!!
Please listen to the other reviews and avoid!!
Absolutely kicking myself I didn’t look into it before purchasing. I ordered a dress that I saw advertised on TikTok and fell in love. What arrived was a mess. The quality was awful, fraying and pilling everywhere. The shape on the bust looked completely different.
I have contacted them to demand a refund, but looking at the other reviews, I don’t think I’ll have much luck with it.
Warning
Warning - based in China!!! Returns have to be paid for which is so expensive. Also uses fake videos in their advertisement from influencers wearing other brands.
Don’t shop here
Don’t shop here, save your money they also won’t accept the refund or return, and have an ai message sending the same automated message, worst quality and is knocking off good quality brands,
If I could do no stars I would
If I could do no stars I would! This is a scam website that takes photos from legit stores and makes knock off versions. The dress I ordered was nothing like the photo, and also terrible quality. Don’t be fooled. Still don’t have my money back and doubt I ever will.
Don’t shop here unless you want to lose your money.
I’m afraid I have to agree with the other reviews. Kicking myself I didn’t look into it before. I received the item which was fine, it just didn’t fit me properly but then they expected me to send it back to China at my own cost. In their own email they say ‘this can be expensive so many customers often choose a 15% refund’ so this is clearly how they make their money. Don’t be fooled by ‘London’ in the title.
False advertising

Cardigan advertised as wool and mohair blend. The cardigan that arrived was 100% polyester and not worth the £35 plus pp paid.
AVOID.....SCAM..... ZERO stars...
Where to start???
Absolutely kicking myself I didn't google the reviews before buying, as I normally do.
Bought a 'tailored' jacket for my daughter - apparently with a refined finish, premium quality high end fabric...etc.
What arrived is a cheap, tacky, inferior imitation jacket which is nothing like the jacket pictured and advertised on the website. My daughter commented that the material and finish is like the santa and elf costumes you buy at Christmas, that's how bad this is.
On this basis that the item is not as described, not fit for purpose nor of satisfactory quality, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I am entitled to a full refund.
After communicating for 1.5-2 weeks now, formalising my complaint and citing my rights, I've been offered the 3 options other unfortunate buyers have been offered (partial refund, replacement, return to China at £20-30 which is not reimbursed). Partial refund offer went from 15% to 20% to 40, back down to 20% (they clearly don't read their own e-mail threads and just cut and paste a ton of replies) and the back to 40%.
I have now contacted my bank to raise a dispute and make a chargeback claim, and have contacted the Citizens Advice consumer service who will be reporting the company to Trading Standards.
AVOID AVOID AVOID and also see what seems like other variations of this company citing multiple similar negative and damning reviews - see Veloura London, Muse London - variations of the same name. Also loads of negative reviews on TikTok.
TOTAL SCAM.

Not a legit business
Awful experiance. Bought an item from here and paid a premium for it to be delivered only 10 days later. I reached out to velor muse in the meantime to let them know i no longer required the item however was informed i needed to wait for it to be received until they could process a return. Once it eventually was receieved not only did i not need it, the quality was awful anyway. I was then informed it would be my reaponsibility to pay for the return at around £20-30 pounds as it was the couriers fault. I begrudginley requested the return address for it to be a "mr Chu" in china and not even a legit business name. Nor is there a returns slip so they wouldnt know its mine anyway. I have not been sent any tracking details for me to "take the issue up wotj the supplier"
Do not buy from this company is it not legit.
Misleading products and poor quality – refund only after pushing for my legal rights
I ordered a “tailored jacket” from Velour Muse London, (company name may alter) but the item I received was nothing like what was advertised. It was poorly made, unlabelled, low-quality, and looked like a cheap imitation rather than the tailored piece shown on the website. Only fit for the bin! Shipping direct from a factory.
When I contacted the company, they initially offered only 15%, then 70%, and expected me to pay for return shipping to China and asked me to prove with photos and descriptions of the differences! — even though the item was clearly misdescribed. I had to cite my UK consumer rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015) before they finally agreed to issue a full refund.
Although I did eventually receive the refund, it required firm communication and persistence. Buyers should be aware of the quality issues and where the products are actually coming from.
Not an experience I would recommend.
Absolutely disgraceful
Absolutely shocking - spent £50 on a cardigan. It arrived a week later and looked nothing like the photos, quality is so poor it's only fit for the bin. This website are using photos of clothing from other websites and making them cheap in china. I emailed asking to return the item and have a full refund, I was told I would only be refunded if I shipped the item back to China and paid for postage myself. I was then offered a 15% refund instead which I have declined. Still trying to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
