I can recommend veltra without any hesitation ! I was on a trip of a lifetime in Japan met with a friend who recommended them and amazing value efficient and so easy to book - I booked a makeover in Kyoto trip round Tokyo and visit to the Robot show !!
All 3 vouchers were issued so quickly and half price of other tour operators !!

Easy to make reservation

Pick up, the trip, the guide, program of the trip, the driver... everything was perfect.

We enjoyed the four-person group of drinking alcohol and all-you-can-dinner cruise.

Booked a wonderful tour of Shiretoko National Park with them. Excellent service.

I've booked 2 tours in Okinawa and it is quite easy.

1bought a hop on hop off tour bus for 2 in Barcelona. and they didnt except it at it had no barcode. useless money taking fools. i paid 120 now for what should have just been 60

We had a one day trip to Fuji Mountain. The whole day was packed with activities that we couldn't arrange by ourselfes.
I highly recomend Veltra.

What a great tour! We will definitely use Veltra again for our next tour. The tour was well structured with enough time at every stop. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny.

After flying from Xi'an to Beijing to Osaka, I had made a reservation with Veltra for a shuttle van to take us from Kansai Int'l Airport (KIX) to our hotel in Kyoto. It was a long day of travel and I was a little apprehensive that something might go wrong wth the final connection. We went to the Yaskaka counter at KIX and everything went smoothly. We had about a 15-minute wait while 3 or 4 other passengers checked in and the van was prepared. The ride was seamless, and the WiFi allowed me to catch up on email that I had missed while traveling. We were dropped at the front door of the hotel as advertised. Excellent service.

The website information can be a little bit overwhelming but if it's necessary then it's acceptable. Not the worst website interface design but certainly not one of the bests.

However, the booking system is very smooth and favourable. It's lightning fast, it's responsible and it's secure. Absolutely recommended
