It’s not even bad it’s horrible. I bought a voucher going to Fuji Shibazakura and Tulip Flower Festival they sent me a confirmation stating that the check in time was 7:50 but then when I arrive at Keiko Plaza Hotel before 7:50am the bus already left at 7:30am. I am disappointed and upset. I already have plans in the next days and I cannot reschedule it but get a full refund. Please get back to me as soon as you can. Thank you.

Everything went to plan. Brought skip the line voucher to Vatican Museum Tour with St.Peter's Basilica and Sistine Chapel before going to Rome. Received voucher with instruction very clearly set out. Arrived at metting point to be checked in and meet our guide. What a lovely lady. We were taken around very efficiently with great knowledge. She was very informative giving everyone in the group her upmost attention. We we very pleased with her. Throughly enjoyed our tour and would highly recommend.

I booked a Barcelona travel card but never received the voucher or confirmation. On arrival at Barcelona I purchased a travel card at the airport. On returning home I realised I had actually been charged for the travel card which I never received. Multiple emails later and no luck. I have given them a copy of the charge from my credit card with Veltra listed, and the amount but they still cannot see my purchase on their system. They have referred me to my bank who I have found to be quite powerless. I don't know what else to do. It is not a lot of money but it is the principle. This is the third on-line purchase I have made this year which I have paid for but got no service for!!

Great website to do unusual activity in Japan! Simple to use and for the show that we did, we had wonderful places

This site impressed me. I was first skeptical that not many people posted reviews on the tours I chose. But I always trust Japanese companies anyways. All the tours were exactly as explained and the timing was spot on. I would definitely use Veltra to book tours in the future especially in Japan.

No problems at all from start to finish. There was an issue with the listing not showing the available dates but after I contacted staff they responded promptly and fixed the issue.

i dont recomend. I Made a Booking reservation and them charged me on the wrong Credit card. messeged them twice to try to fix it one week ago and no answer.
they dont have a telefone number. i`m never again trusting this web site.

We did a half day tour in Tokyo. Really enjoyed it, they took us to see the highlights(Tokyo tower etc) so it gives you a small over view of the city.
