This is a scam. They give you the run around and you never see the product

SCAM RIP OFF!!! I ordered an anxiety ring for my daughter who has anxiety issues in Dec and they said 7-10 days and then I found out shipped from China. Never rcvd it and tracking is a dead end. Expressed my concern in Jan, they finally after several emails shipped again and assured me it would ship from the US in Feb. Tracking showed from China yet again. Dead end again never rcvd. After more emails of them repeating same exact responses as first time like a robot, and I even gave them extra time. So now it is MAY and still nothing. I feel like I gave them MORE than enough time to redeem themselves. Past time for a bad review.This company lied repeatedly to me and I even (supposedly) was once communicating with management, and they begged me not to send a bad review and to give them another chance, but wouldn't give me a phone number or wouldn't call me as I asked. I gave them every chance, now I'm done after 6 months. Don't waste your time and money.

This company shouldn’t even get 1 star! They absolutely suck! I ordered 3 “Hug Rings” in January 2022 and expected delivery in 7-10 business days. Never arrived! Fake tracking numbers and companies from China-they charged my card though, same day as I ordered. As of today 4/18/22, they’ve emailed me a number of times in reply to my request to issue another package at their expense. No way to call an office number (not listed), nor chat w a customer service rep. Still haven’t seen the original package, a replacement, nor refund! So at this point, I’d define that as THEFT, and I’d like this to go on record! I’m certain I’m not the only victim to this company, as I’ve seen multiple claims on BBB site and also other online review services. The owners should be held responsible for theft and lose privileges to use merchant credit card systems in this country.
