Be wary, return policy is a scam

Be wary! Although it saya venderbys uk its still coming from denmark , Their return policy is a scam , even if the item is damaged your only option is to buy a £20 return label , so you'll only get half your money back . Terrible !!!

We don’t present ourselves as a UK business. Our website clearly states that we’re a Danish company, our Instagram bio also notes that we’re a Danish brand, and our physical store is based in Copenhagen. Orders to the UK are shipped from Denmark, which is why international return logistics can apply.

You’re not required to use our return label when sending something back from the UK. You’re welcome to use your own shipping method if you prefer — the only requirement is that the parcel clears customs and reaches us successfully.

We’ve checked our inboxes and haven’t been able to locate any emails or messages from you. If you received a faulty item, that’s something we will of course help resolve. Please email nicolae@venderbys.dk with your order details and a photo of the issue so we can sort this out properly.

Good quality and very flattering, I got the wrap knit top in grey and it was S/M and looks very cute. I am 5’5 or 166cm and usually wear USA 6-8 tops

Amazing experience !

I’m really happy with this top from Venderbys. The quality is excellent — the fabric feels soft, comfortable, and well-made, with great attention to detail. The fit is flattering and true to size, and it looks exactly like the photos online. It’s easy to style and works well for both everyday wear and more dressed-up occasions. Delivery was smooth, and the item arrived nicely packaged. Overall, a great shopping experience and I would definitely order from Venderbys again.
