Having never heard of this company before, I decided to risk a purchase as I trusted my son had some knowledge of them.

I firstly had my doubts that they were legit when I received SMS confirmation, rather than email confirmation. Secondly, my orders do not appear on their order page and, thirdly, despite time frame for despatch of 7-9 days, I am now on 13th business day and no updates. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t worry too much, if company at least acknowledged my attempt at communication and sought to calm my fears.

But, after 3 emails asking them for updates, they have refused to reply. I have now advised them that should I not receive a reply from them by close of business (48 hours from now), I will be effecting a bank chargeback on both orders. I have no confidence that they will willingly provide a refund. They can’t even provide a response to my request for an update.

I definitely won’t ever order from them again and, if you value your hard-earned pennies, I suggest you don’t either.

Even though I experienced a slight delay the team was quick to let me know that they were unsatisfied with the first attempt so that it would take a little longer, personally I can't be upset at a little perfectionism if it has to due with an article of clothing. The Doberman Jeans feel and look awesome, 5'11 and about 160 pounds, I went with medium and its at a good baggy length to where its not dragging across the floor and harming the tapestry. Putting them together with the right fit is definitely a confidence booster in itself. In my opinion the patience is worth the product, I look forward to determining the quality of the Jane tee.

Currently at 13 weeks of waiting on my order, patiently waited the 5 week timeframe mentioned on the website and heard nothing so I had to chase them every couple of weeks via email, usually receiving something back like ‘your order is being finalised this week’ lost all hope of receiving it.

unfortunately i had a terrible experience with vendetta after placing an order in july. after their 6 weeks max waiting period, i chased them up by email asking for an update. it was consistently delayed; at first i was told it was due to quality control, then i was told my order was ready and being packaged and “it will ship next week!”, then it was back to not even being ready at all - on five seperate occasions i had reached out.
by october, i’m told it will be another two weeks. ive requested a refund twice now via their instagram and email, and there is a lack of support via shopify for a refund without forcing a chargeback.

the quality of the garment is fire.. went in store at brick lane and everything there's really cool - the owner is also very welcoming and id recommend visiting in store if you haven't already.

My Fiancé ordered T-shirts & 1 hoodie 19 weeks ago and he is yet to receive shipping confirmation. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful. I refund has been requested multiple times just to be palmed off with a 20% discount code that will NOT be used! Not worth buying from this brand, don’t waste your time!

I ordered once in 2022, took a month to arrive and had zero communication but at least they provided tracking.

I ordered some more in 2025 and after 2 months just nothing. No communication at all and no tracking. I am from the same country where they manufacture and they have time to update instagram weekly / spam my email with promotions but cant reply to a missing order for weeks on end.

Didnt ship products after 4 months, buyer be aware!!!

Quality of garments is insane and accessibility on information of the order is easy. Owners are very reachable and nice. Overall a very nice experience!

Vendetta is a brilliant brand that do tapestry of your favourites from their own personal creativity to your top movie characters on clothing. Top tier quality and amazing designs.

This review is way overdue!

I purchased a "Jinx Tapestry Retro Rework" Arcane crewneck earlier this year and received it in about a month's time. The website is upfront about the ordering process and AJ always kept me informed with my item's progress. It was more than worth the wait!

I was initially drawn in by their instagram post showing the behind-the-scenes of how my particular design was stitched together. It is such a unique piece, an absolute work of art, and their attention to detail is outstanding. I take such good care of that sweatshirt because I know how much time and care was put into it.

I highly recommend this shop and plan to purchase more in the future.

Seen a couple of reviews complain about wait times, guys are pretty up front that the designs take a couple weeks to hand make in house and once they are ready shipping is 48 hours. Ordered in July and items arrived just there (quicker than I was quoted), and they were definitely worth the wait. Quality is excellent and you can tell they put a lot of effort into each piece. Will definitely be back for more🔥

Bought a tapestry hoodie last year that i loved so i mesaaged to see if i could order blank/ plain hoodies as i loved the fit. Asked if the supplier was the same got told " we do not have a supplier they are made in house" . Purchased 3 blank hoodies for £75, 8 weeks later no update, no order number, no shipping time frame and multiple emails ignored and one response to say " fabrics nearly complete" I looked on my receipt to see GILDAN hoodies which it you google you can buy online .... FOR £10 save your money and avoid at all costs!! Had to process a refund through my bank.

Placed an order in February, still haven’t received the item. I had to reach out after six weeks to confirm my order as I hadn’t received a confirmation email/ order reference (still haven’t). Since then I’ve been told several times that the tapestry is ready for sewing, or that the item is being made or remade due to quality issues. After accepting an offer back in July for pictures to prove my order existed I’ve received no update or response to my emails.

It’s such a shame as every previous interaction was polite and prompt but at this point I think I’ve been scammed and after seeing other’s reviews I don’t believe I’ll ever receive my item.

Been waiting for an item to ship since JANUARY its now August. I recieved multiple excuses, was promised it was being shipped and tracking would be sent. Msgs go ignored until I comment publically on Instagram. Wouldn't reccomend this "company" seems very scammy.

Do not order if you are international, or expect half a year to receive your item. Estimated shipping times on their site are completely wrong.

For the past 4 years I’ve been using the NANA tote bag.
I was honestly impressed that the brand even made something NANA related. The manga/anime itself is super underrated so it’s nice to see how much range the brand has in designs!
Not only that, but the material the bag is made out of is really well put together. I haven’t had any rips, or tears over the years. And the most important part of the bag, which is the woven design of NANA’s face, still looks beautiful and hasn’t faded at all.
It’s refreshing to see a designer put so much care into creating unique designs and durable items. It was definitely worth every penny and I plan to buy more.

Every item I got from this place has always been very 10/10 quality, and looks amazing . Worth buying !

A brand that is unique from the fabrics down to the packaging!! The new marlboro box is crazy!! Been following Vendetta for a while and finally ordered — honestly, blown away. The quality is mad, proper heavy fabrics and attention to detail. But what really stands out is how personal the brand feels. It’s not just clothes, it’s got a story behind it.

You can tell it’s an independent label because there’s actual thought and care put into everything—from the packaging to the design to how it fits. It’s rare to find a brand that feels this real.

Definitely one of my favourite streetwear brands now. If you’re into stuff that’s unique and not just trend-chasing, give them a go. Glad I did.
