Extremely poor service. Placed an order of 40 lampshade reducer rings over a month ago, half of which arrived unfit for purpose. I have contacted them twice about a partial return + refund and have been completely ignored. Don't waste your time with them!

Just received two black ceiling E27 bulb fittings. NOT Bakelite as described, cheap shoddy plastic. If that wasn’t enough they arrived with their insides loose outside. No instructions as to why. Put together and once put together you can not unscrew them!!. So now their useless. As cannot open to wire in. Not that I would want a fitting that is permanent!!. Wire would have to be cut off to remove it from ceiling. Worst quality I have ever seen. With absolutely no instructions as to their components.

I used Vendimia lights as part of a rennovation project I was working on. I loved the amount of choice and the large pendant ceiling lights look great in my period style home. Would deffinitley come back for more for my next project and would recommend to others. Thanks again :)

We travelled personally to Vendimia's facility where they manufacture and construct their products to buy a single pendant light and bulb and the owner could not have been more helpful. Even though we made a very small purchase, it was no trouble and the gentleman provided us with the advice needed to install the ceiling rose and pendant as well as all the other accessories necessary to make the whole thing function. In time, we will be outfitting the lighting throughout the house and we will definitely be contacting Vendimia to supply their designs when we do.

Having been worried about parting with £200 for light fittings to a company that I had never heard of my fears were unfounded. The order was processed quickly and efficiently let down only by the carrier not actually delivering on the expected date. When delivered one of my light fittings was cracked hence my contact with the company direct. The guys were easily accessible via email and phone which I found very reassuring. A new fitting was sent out immediately with no quibbles. Again very reassuring.
Very happy to recommend Vendimia for quality products and a great service to boot. Well worth the 5*.

Ordered some new lights from here for our house. All arrived quickly and were exactly what we wanted. Quality is very good and really reasonably priced. Would definitely use again.
