The machine was just sent and it arrived broken. No help was provided for about 3-4 months, in which I made zero sales.

Finally got it repaired through one of their offloaded reps. The machine breaks down again within a week. Out of 11 months, the machine was operational for only a month.

Their reps do not provide any support. No tech team to undertake defect rectification. Multiple calls made, most of which were avoided. Spares not in stock most of the year.

After 11 months running behind them (out of which the machine was operational for less than a month), I think it's time to give up on their awful service.

Money awfully spent. Not recommended at all.
