I placed an order through VIKLIV.de, which is operated by Venema Webshops B.V., but my package was never delivered. I contacted them multiple times via email and even sent a formal letter to their registered address in Assen. Despite my efforts, I received no response at all.
The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. As a customer, I expect at least a reply or an update. Their refusal to participate in consumer arbitration makes it even harder to resolve issues.
I do not recommend ordering from this platform unless they improve their customer service and take responsibility for undelivered orders.
