Fantastic watch and amazing experience. I wanted a unique combination of the Bronzo Arsenale case, but with the Avventurina dial, which is not a product they offer. This would require making a custom dial because all of the Avventurina dials have silver indices and logos, and I wanted them in gold tone to matchbthe Bronzo case. I contacted the company via the website and the same day Alessandro himself responded and said they could make this for me. Less than 10 days later I received the watch and it is gorgeous. This is my first Venezianico watch, but not my last! Thank you Alessandro!

Decided to buy the Nereide Bronzo 39 after thinking it looked absolutely stunning. Was given a 10% discount and a free cleaning cloth and the watch did not disappoint. It has exceed all expectations and is by far my favourite watch. It looks amazing, in my opinion the nicest watch I have ever seen, built really well with great movement and for a great price. Spoke to Alessandro who was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back for future watches.

Been a fan of Venezianico for several years now. The first time they welcomed me in person to their office near Venice back in 2023 (work was in progress on the old shop, moving to the new boutique that was yet to open). Very friendly and professional.

The watches are of excellent quality and offer a tremendous value proposition. Some of the designs are very catchy and unique, which makes them hard to resist and is why I have added quite a few over the years. Customer service is excellent and shipping is superfast!

I even wore a Venezianico blue mosaic mother-of-pearl watch on the day my son was born! I can't give a much higher praise than that. Highly recommended.

Absolutely flawless watch (Nereide Avventurina 39). I was contacted by (I assume) one of the owners through the purchase process. Who else does that. Arrived in under 48 hours to the UK. A little disappointed that it did not come with a branded outer package than just the watch box, but its not a biggie for me really. Now sat central in the collection and waiting to get to test drive. Rotor a little noisy, but I have to understand that it isn't a Vacheron (even though on the visuals its holding its own IMO). Cannot recommend Venezianico enough. Wonderful

It’s a beautiful watch and it’s in titanium you don’t even notice that you wear it.
The strap also sits great on the wrist.

I recently received my Venezianico Arsenale Meteorite and I am very happy with the watch. The design is beautiful, the finishing feels premium, and the meteorite dial looks even better in person than in photos.

The whole watch feels unique, modern, and very well executed. I also appreciate the attention to detail and the overall presentation.

I was very disappointed with my purchase. The watch looked quite different from the photos on the website. The band color was much lighter than advertised, and the overall quality felt inexpensive, making me question its durability. In my opinion, the watch did not justify its premium price.
What made the experience even worse was the return process. The return policy was not clearly disclosed on the website, and I was surprised to learn that I would be responsible for significant return costs. I ended up paying approximately $240 for return shipping, plus an additional $309 in customs-related charges, which amounted to nearly half the cost of the watch itself.
Customer service was also not particularly accommodating or helpful in resolving these issues.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company online. The product did not meet my expectations, and the return process was both costly and frustrating

Despite an incredibly tight timeframe of only 36 hours, Alessandro managed to make it happen and ensure that this wonderful watch reached me in time. I placed the order with a lot of concern about whether it would actually arrive on schedule, but he handled everything professionally and extremely quickly — and now I’m happily wearing it on my wrist.

I has a very small problem with a very small part, I contacted Venezianico and they replied along with the tracking number for the replacement part they imediately dispaced - excellent customer service (and a breathtaking gorgeous watch).
