So far a great experience, impression kit arrived super quickly & Oliver on the WhatsApp live chat responded quickly and clearly to my questions many thanks!

This company made it so easy for me to order my top and bottom day guards, the communication with Charlotte was fantastic and she was very clear in what steps I needed to take to get the correct impressions before sending them to the lab. Will 100% be using this company in the future.

I’d like to give a massive shout out to Brian who effectively helped me with the steps of getting my retainers. He was really effective and speedy with responses.

It was quite easy process and Oliver guided me through all steps.

I bought a night guard which will hopefully stop me grinding down my teeth. I was not sure if the process of doing the impressions would be a bit tricky but it was all good first time. The process is made really easy with the online video to follow and I received my guard in no time. I had a follow up question and it was answered really promptly by Michael who was very helpful. Really happy with the overall experience and definitely recommend.

Used Venneir for impressions of top and bottom teeth. So straightforward and simple. Followed along with the video and WhatsApp’d my photos to receive a returns code. Charlotte was super helpful and efficient. 10 out of 10 would totes recommend !

Absolutely amazing from ordering my impressions which was the easiest rhing to do from their expert instructions. Spoke to Jade via email which she was very helpful, sent back and literally 3 days later my new clip on veneers were back to me. I cant believe it, so professional. The quality of the product is very good and they fit perfect. 100% recommend Venneir to all my friends and family. Well done...a very happy customer.

Never used company before but took the chance to order replacement retainers for my son.
Quick services,very helpful customer support and very good price.
Had issue with one retainer not fitting correctly. new kit sent out and issue resolved at no extra cost.

Very impressed. I bought night retainers and whitening trays. I was very worried about taking impressions as I have veneers, but received reassurance from Venneir that it would be fine. It’s a little uncomfortable but as long as you follow the video it’s all ok. Mine worked on the first set of impressions. Service was extremely fast. The retainers fit perfectly and even my sleep score is not affected :) looking forward to the results of the whitening.
