Honestly I could not be happier, design was awesome! Delivery was fast, what an awesome company!

I initially uploaded a poor file with badly scaled text, and rather than go ahead with it I was contacted quickly, fixed the file, and got my gorgeous playmats in time to show off our art at the UK Games Expo. Absolutely 10/10 experience all around.

The print quality is SO CLEAN! They were fast to reply to emails and sent a picture of the design with zones to confirm I was happy with it. It feels so nice to use and is worth every penny!

Every time I’ve ordered from Venombattlegear I’ve had great customer service and lots of communication they do a fantastic job with my Pokemon and Riftbound play mats I wouldn’t use anywhere else! The playmats are high quality and the printing is the same!

Royal Mail left the parcel in my neighbours bin shed and I found it five days later but that's nothing the company could have stopped.

Honestly super impressed with the whole process. Was really easy to order with them (other than I couldnt find the option for fieldzones) and it arrived super quick. The mat quality is fantastic and the printing is perfect! Will 100% be ordering again!

The entire process was great. I sent off the picture I wanted, I received an email with a mock-up of what the product would look like - giving me the option to approve it.

It was securely shipped out and received within 2 days.

The entire process took a week - on a bank holiday weekend.

Fantastic print quality! Encountered a few hurdles with my print, caused by own doing/design , and Simon went above & beyond to rectify them whilst still getting it to me in time for my campaign. Will be printing all my mini’s from him now!

I am very happy with the product I've received. Whilst I can't comment on the longevity of the mat as I have only just begun using it, the construction of it seems well put together and sturdy (I went with the stitched edges option), so I'm hopeful it will last a long time. The material of the play surface is smooth and a nice uniform fabric, perfect for moving cards around on as one would expect. The quality of the custom printing onto the play surface is great in my opinion, maintaining the level of detail that I expected from the image that I sent in (I sent it in as a jpeg at the specified size and resolution), with no blown out transitions or areas of poor saturation. It was dispatched quickly and was well packaged.

Overall I'm very impressed with the product and if I ever wanted to get something similar made then I would return here as a first port of call.
