Quick production and fantastic quality! 10/10

I ordered a mat from Venombattlegear. The team couldn't be more helpful, they helped me with the sizing of the image and ended up making a fantastic mat for me. Simon went above and beyond contacting me to help me get my play mat made in a quick manner. Couldn't recommend Venombattlegear more.

Excellent service quick and an amazing product

We've been using Simon for well over a year now, and it couldn't be a better experience. We've had hundreds of custom mats printed and never had an issue.

The attention to detail and customer service is second to none, every time we send artwork and we've made an error, he's either talked us through the fix, or carried out the fix without any extra charge.

With all that being said, we've not mentioned the quality of the mats and prints themselves which are always exactly what we wanted, on a great quality mat. We've used other companies previously which had issues with ink smudging and running through the mat, and I can safely say we've not had one issue like that with Simon.

I am very happy with the contact that was made to ask clarifying questions on my order. My product was printed and sent to me very quickly too.

At the time that I was contacted, I wasn't able to adjust the design to make room for the ink bleeding on the edges. To try and remedy this, I was asked if they could run it through Photoshop's AI to generate more edge space, with the implication that it had already been used before I'd given permission. I was quite shocked to be asked that as this was my own design, but they respected my wishes not to use it afterwards. Yes it would only be stored on the local computer, but the platitude I was given was "when you upload art online, you're already giving people permission to feed it to AI". I was quite disheartened by this statement as I really do not agree with it.

The finished product was achieved without the use of AI, and they were otherwise very respectful.

Purchased a stitched custom playmat and I’m really pleased with the result! The colours look fantastic and the mat is thick and durable.
