Wir hatten uns für den Tisch „Tristan“ Eiche Natur entschieden. Die Tischplatte war in der Färbung aber dann sehr speziell und nicht wie üblich.
Daher hat das Ventaris Team angeboten diese trotz sehr langem Lieferweg auszutauschen.

Bestellung lief sehr gut. Ware auch entsprechend. Leider ist die Dauer von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung viel zu lange gegangen. Es kann mal vorkommen, dass bei der Lieferung etwas schiefgeht. Verständlich.... aber es würde an der Firma liegen, seine Kunden entsprechend proaktiv zu informieren.
