very disappoointed about their service
several orders sent much much later than what they had promised. the status of the orders were always 'en preparation'. if i didnt send them emails, they didnt follow up the orders. i totally made 9 orders. one order was too late that i cancelled. one order delayed almost 2 months. one order delayed almost 1 month. one 'avoir' never refund into my account even i wrote them an email to make a refund request.
