The returns process feels quite clunky

The returns process feels quite clunky. Customers need to email us, we then coordinate with support, and it gets forwarded to the returns team for inspection before we’re updated. From arrival to final status, it can take about a week, which feels slow. There is definitely room for a more streamlined system.

Onboarding was incredibly fast

Onboarding was incredibly fast. It took about two and a half weeks from signing the contract to shipping our first order. They provided templates, helped label inventory, guided us through the software, and answered every question. I expected it to take much longer.

Returns inspection is very thorough

Returns inspection is very thorough, which I appreciate. They send photos of damaged items, verify serial numbers, and check everything against the original order. It can take a few days and slow refunds a bit, but the accuracy is worth it. Overall good, just a little slow.

We had a crisis during Black Friday…

We had a crisis during Black Friday when our order volume tripled overnight, and I was worried they would not keep up. They extended shifts, brought in extra staff, and got every order out on time. Still amazed, they saved our busiest weekend.

Inventory alerts are very useful

Inventory alerts are very useful, we get notified for low stock, sellouts, and incoming shipments. The only downside is limited customization, changing thresholds usually requires contacting support.

We needed kitting for a product launch…

We needed kitting for a product launch with custom inserts and packaging. They executed it perfectly, every bundle was correct with no errors. They also shared sample photos beforehand for approval, which was a great touch.

Pick and pack is generally reliable and…

Pick and pack is generally reliable and they follow our instructions well. Occasionally the thank you card is missing, which is disappointing since it is part of our brand experience. They said they would improve, but it still happens from time to time.

International shipping used to stress…

International shipping used to stress me out because of customs and paperwork. Now their team handles everything, from invoices to duties, and shipments just arrive without issues. Easily one of the best decisions we made.

Customer support is solid

Customer support is solid. Emails are usually answered within a couple of hours, and the team is friendly and helpful. The only downside is the lack of phone support, which can be frustrating when you need immediate assistance.

Shopify integration works fine most of…

Shopify integration works fine most of the time. Orders sync, inventory updates, tracking goes back to the store automatically. But there's this annoying lag sometimes where an order will sit in "pending" status for like an hour before it actually processes on their end. Not the end of the world but when customers are expecting same-day shipping it's cutting it close.

We've had inventory go missing twice…

We've had inventory go missing twice now. Not a lot, like 15 units one time, 8 units another time, but still. They did a cycle count both times and "couldn't locate" the items. Okay so where did they go? They credited us but that doesn't really solve the problem of us not trusting the counts anymore.

Warehousing costs are reasonable and…

Warehousing costs are reasonable and the space is clean and organized from what I can tell. They send photos sometimes which is nice. Only thing is they charge extra for long-term storage after 90 days which I didn't realize until I got the invoice. It's in the contract apparently but nobody mentioned it during onboarding. Would've been helpful to know.
